Hi this is great. I have OCD and im constantly thinking about my anxiety which makes the feeling worse. sometimes i don't know if its a thought or feeling. Do i just let the sensation be there? Should i focus on it for a bit or not? I understand listening to thoughts as sound as he said but what do i do about uncomfortable sensations in my stomach? Thanks .
