Alanis Morissette, known for her no-holds-barred autobiographical songwriting, has led the way for a new crop of songwriters since the release of her iconoclastic “Jagged Little Pill” in 1995. Her nine studio albums and three live albums have sold over an astounding 60 million copies.
Alanis was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Toronto's Massey Hall.
Morissette was presented with her award by Olivia Rodrigo.
