No, I took a piece of tile that I couldn't use on my house and put the suction cup mount on it. Once on the tracks, I buried it with a few rocks to keep it from shaking. Seemed to do the job just fine!
Tom Tanojevic That is up to you and what equipment you are using. If you take a look at how high the pavement is at a railroad crossing, you can say that nothing will touch anything at or below that point.
