Lewandowski received only ONE pass in the penalty area in the entire match! I watch all Barcelona games and in the last 7-8 games Lewandowski had 1-2 shot attempts in the whole match. Today they won, but this team plays archaic football. Why doesn't Lewandowski score like he does at Bayern? The problem is wingers who try to dribble too often. The problem is wingers who try to dribble too often and slow down the game with backward passes. The wingers and midfielders try to finish the action themselves, forgetting that they have a striker in their team. The midfield plays the ball very wide to the sides instead of forwards, and Barcelona's pace of play is very slow. Xavi wants to play like Guardiola, but the pace of the game is 3 or 4 times slower, even the weak clubs in La Liga already know how to defend against Barcelona. Barcelona could use a coach like Klopp or Flick to change tactics a bit and speed up the game and tell the players not to make so many pointless passes. I think Lewandowski would then score as often as he did at Bayern.

And unless the rest of the team realises this they'll be stuck in this rutt

É um excelente finalizador, ótimo na pequena área. Vai fazer muitos gols. Mas craque para mim precisa estar alguns níveis acima, nem o Neymar no auge chegou a craque. Craques foram Ronaldo, Romário, Ronaldinho, Sócrates, Zico, Rivaldo. Quem sabe ele chega lá, precisa ter um melhor controle de bola, aprender a ter mais habilidade e não depender apenas de explosão.

Barcelona was always the best club in the world and I have been a Barça fan from the north of Iran for almost half a century. I had read in a sports magazine that Barca is the symbol of Catalonia and Real is the fascist team of General Franco and...

Lets be real tho boyz.. There is always a few "best clubs" in the world. Forever changing each and every season. Noteably they the top clubs from the Big 5. And yes, Barcelona has like always been one of those clubs, and also one of the most succesful too. But there are other clubs that are up there with them every year throughout history. Just as long history and some with just brief success (such as great for a single season).. But usually the Madrids, the Manchesters, the Milans, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, etc are up there every year as (the best club)... Because you cant lie that alot times one "best club" can beat the other "best club" one week and lose to them next week or month. Teams usually are that tight usless its like a dynasty team such as Pep's Barcelona for example...
