Meet Alba, the world's only recorded albino orangutan. Since being found stressed, dehydrated and caged in a small village in Borneo, 5-year-old orphan Alba is learning how to pick up the pieces, while trying to make new friends in the borneo wildlife.

What do I like sbout Alba's story? 1. When Alba met other orangutans, one of them made prank on her, while the other ones welcomed her. 2. Alba solves puzzle. 3. Alba was released to wild. It's a sad n happy fact.

Who else fell in love with beautiful Alba? What a beautiful sweet girl she is. I was so happy to learn that she has gone back to the wild! These people do such amazing work to save these wonderful creatures.

During her release back into the wild, I read she never looked back. In the readings I learned as of APR 2020 an ecologist spotted her as he was doing if own thing and startled him as she was above him nesting in the trees. It's awesome to see she's back where she need to be, I just hope poachers leaves her alone. When they released her she has an electronic monitoring Device on her so the foundation can track her

i agree being so rare she's a poachers dream and i'm sure people are on the lookout for her. Yea she never looked back she wasn't comfortable around humans and was glad to be released. I've read that she moves about a lot.

Orangutans are the most intelligent of all the primates, they're just amazing to watch they learn by example, they watch and learn. Little Alba is something else she's the cutest little thing too.

My favorite part about Alba's story is when she was RESCUSED! ❤ What if she hadn't been rescued? No one would've seen or heard about the world's only albino Orangutan! Not only that, but I LOVE when EVERY ORANGUTAN gets RESCUED! It's a HUGE SHAME whenever any of them are NOT rescued!

I find watching these videos make me wonder at the skills they learn and just how quick new ideas are taken on board? I take my hat off to those who dedicate themselves to this work, even thoght it might be rewarding its still a labour of love. Just makes me so much more aware of how greedy the human race is with so little idea of sharing what the planet has to offer. Its not this animals that need education, its the human race..
