This commercial is so stupid and annoying, yet fascinating at the same time. Just find it interesting that someone went through the trouble to create one of the most annoying and cringe worthy commercials of all time.

I couldn’t believe this ad was only one minute; it feels like three minutes everytime I see it. Regal needs to just use the rollercoaster ad and that’s it.
What kind of Regal manager makes one of their employees go up to the front of the theater with a spotlight and tell the audience how beautiful of a friendship they’re gonna have even though they don’t even know them or know if they’ll ever see them again?!?!! “Hey Alex can you go to theater 3 and let the theater know you’re their new friend while I shine a bright ass light in your face?” In reality they would be confused as hell and not clap like they did in this terrible ad Lmao
I work at a Regal and that would literally never happen. There is no point to it. It's a goddamn movie, not a play. Also, where the hell is that spotlight coming from? There aren't any spotlights in any of the theaters..

What they SHOULD include is a quote that says, "Regal won't start your movie until 25 minutes AFTER the posted time, 'cause you're gonna see a ton of commercials!"
I like the fact that most local Theaters don't start on time. It's convenient when my mode of transportation to the Theater is delayed and gives me time to get cheaper snacks from elsewhere.
Fun fact. This was filmed at Regal North Hollywood. I thought it looked just like the building we were in and then i asked the employees who confirmed it was.
I cannot stand this terrible ad. I work at a Regal and have to see it much more often than I'd like to. The "Hey you guys" line genuinely might be my least favorite. Then again though, I dislike all the lines. If you actually yelled that loud in a theater, you would, well, get kicked out.

I was wondering why this thing is so hated, cuz I kinda don't hate it. It's cringy at points, but it's got Danny Trejo so it's impossible to call it bad. Then I found out there's some theaters where this plays in front of every single movie and now I understand the hate.
The longest minute, this commercial feels like it lasts an eternity. A friend of mine & I ate some edibles before seeing Guardians Of The Galaxy 3, and this commercial made us both come close to leaving; luckily I had a mini bar in my jacket pockets 😂😎🍹

So for months, my roommate and I would go to the theater and see this ad. We had memorized the whole thing, naturally. Then, we ended up going to another Regal theater because it was the only one showing the movie we wanted to see. They played it there, too. We then realized... it doesn't always play at our local theater... it plays everywhere... It was bizarre to us because it was filmed at the theater we usually go to in North Hollywood, so we just assumed it was exclusive to our theater.
