Thank you guys for passing on my question about how we should refer to transgender people and thank you Dr. Mohler for answering it. The answer I think has been very helpful. Maybe as a suggestion for the future it, would be helpful considering making each of these questions an individual video if it is not too much work. It might make it shorter and easier to watch for people and also easier to find answers for someone who might be looking for a specific question on google or elsewhere. Thanks again.

+Kevin Lara Thanks for your question and for watching "Ask Anything Live"! Thank you for your suggestion. We may do individual videos in the future but we wanted to get the recording of the live session up as soon as possible for those who weren't able to join in. But we have listed all the questions that were asked in the description section along with the timestamps of when they appear in the video. If you are watching on a computer, the timestamps should be links that you can click on to jump directly to that part of the video. Hopefully that helps.

SouthernSeminary That does help thank you! Although I had in mind, not making multiple videos of individual questions, but rather making the whole session just as this one was recorded and then editing it afterwards, and cutting it in multiple different videos to make the questions easier to find on a web search and also for those who are not able to watch the entire session, then could watch shorter videos at their convenience. Just a thought. Although as it is, it is absolutely fantastic and helpful! Thanks again!

Do we need to "correct an imbalance" in gender application to missionary service? While I (and I think Dr. Mohler would) think it would be great if more young men went into vocational ministry or missions, is there a systemic preference for women rooted in the Biblical role of men as "provider"? Is the young, single man preparing to be a provider? In every mission, there is are often "providers" and "proclaimers". Even in Scripture, we saw the early Churches sending money to Paul for mission service, but everyone from Phillipi didn't abandon the city and go out to the ends of the earth. Dr. Mohler didn't allude that this should be a reality, but I think that we need to challenge any distinction between "vocational" ministry and discipleship. The Bible says EVERY Disciple IS a minister of the Gospel and the Doctrine of Vocation understood by Protestant Reformers would've taught that. The modern American churches make an unBiblical distinction between "clergy" (i.e. functional disciples) and lay people (i.e. consumers). Let's challenge this assumption and return to a Biblical Doctrine of Vocation (vocare, or "calling"). Too much of Protestant practice is functionally "Roman Catholic" today.

I really like listening to you. I appreciate your work. Driverless cars are here. on a private test track at Olympic Park in Sydney Australia. Soon to be used on a public track. Who takes responsibility for an accident is my concern? Highways can be restructured to make it safer i guess. I think saying you won't use one is similar to saying you wouldn't fly 100 years ago. I'm still looking for pizza by drone, one would think it will be cold by delivery.

I wonder why Dr Mohler avoids going on record about Trump in videos like this, as well as on his daily podcast. I worry that he's being pressured by other souther baptists, similar to their recent treatment of Russell Moore. Does anyone know if his job, or the funding of his university is being threatened? I can't think of any other reason why someone who speaks about hot button issues on a daily basis would almost never bring up the president.
