I've actually never seen a wedding where they sit during the ceremony. Since I don't understand french I imagined that the priest was saying something along the lines of "Do you want to ask the audience, call a friend or is that your final answer?"

@Rosvolainen This was the civil ceremony, the legal ceremony. Think of getting married at the town hall. There WAS no Priest, the Grimaldis are CATHOLIC, so they were married by the Archbishop of Monaco's Catholic Church. The guy in this video is the Registrar of the Princely family who handles the wedding registrar of the Princely Family members.
