Most of Adams chords are very black metal driven. Winter sun is the greatest song in the genre I hate that this blew Elegy out of the sky, reclaimer and melancholy are monstrous by comparison
Devin vocal is like total package. He has everything lorna shore vocalists did. Tom low, Cj mid, and Will high, even he did "narrative goblin shreak" like Dickie Allen did. But, what make this album really outstanding for me is the songwriting. The songwriting on this album is more interesting, more varied, and more black metal-ish. The things that lorna shore missed from their last releases after Tom left the band. Oh, one thing. You miss one influence that make this album so good for deathcore, which is Infant Annihilator especially The EGG album.
