I developed Delirium tremens and Alcoholic hallucinosis and the hallucinations and delusions were terrifying. I remember telling myself i had overdone it as it all came on rapidly after 2 days of heavy withdrawal. I spent 2 weeks in the psych hospital with symptoms.

I smoke CBD joints from the gas station and drink. I absolutely go insane. I spend all my time alone. I almost hung myself the other day because of the chaos in my mind. I'm trying to make this day 1 sober. I'm about to see all my past sins via psychosis all day. Let the pain begin! Pray I fight the good fight!

Stay on your meds & get close to God. Listen to an audio Bible. I would start with psalms. God bless you sweetheart. If you ever need to talk please message me. Get close to God Gabriel. He will fight for you, you need not be afraid. I have 2 daughters who battle this illness. So I know by watching them that it can be overwhelming to say the least. I am able to count limit my alcohol but with weed my consumption is only limited by what is possibly available. With weed there is no stopping. Smoke till it is gone.

I don't drink much anymore, but I had a friend stop by and he brought me a beer. Also I have bipolar one and possibly schizo effective. As I was drinking the beer I had a familiar feeling of hearing myself talk but no be connected with my body. It's a strange yet not unfamiliar feeling. Anybody else ever experience this?

Did drinking seem “unstoppable”for you with a lot of effort to stop? Or was it that your thoughts changed dramatically with a little alcohol? Mine varies on the amount but was hard to feel right or better tho it seemed like it might- it rarely did.

I drank to much one day... The monsters were everywhere, I was panicking, screaming naked and my aunt was trying to help me getting dressed and she kept calming me down. I kept saying I was gonna die, again and again. They wanted to take me away!

Alcohol calms my mind and makes me forget. I don't care about anything on alcohol.

I drink every night and been having paranoid thoughts for a while now like people are out to legit kill me or attack me and shit is so real when it’s at its worst but I can’t stop drinking cuz I think it’s helping me sleep even though I wake up at 3am every morning and weed makes it even worse

No body says how sugar can put you in paranoia, so no poison

The thing that alcohol can give you which the psychiatrists are afraid of is it can give you confidence. Something they don't have themselves, you are a clever guy challenge the schizophrenia there is no science in it. Then you can hold down jobs and feel happy

Nada
