Alcorn State Marching Band - 2017 Mardi Gras Parade 

I’m exhausted just watching this! They kept their energy level and enthusiasm up the whole time, great job!

The white people are really enjoying this lol. They love to see HBCU bands, they should really be featured more on the big televised parades.

Man I absolutely, positively enjoyed all 19:49 of THAT...Them damn drum majors are funky as hell! I would've fell with the first damn air jump...😂😂😂

They played a different song the entire parade route and maintained their power on each song. Amazing band performance..Wow!!

Don't let the size of this HBCU school fool you. I'm from Arkansas and I respect Alcorn, especially the band.

People have to appreciate the amount of practice and skills HBCU bands like Alcorn SU, JSU, etc have to have to perform at this level. I am very excited to see and hear them a every opportunity.

These heroes in marching bands never get the accolades they deserve. From the drum majors in the front to the very last bass drum what a delight.

The drum majors and the entire band, wow! Everyone was rockin that entire parade route. Side note, people don't realize there marching in formation why can't they get out of the way? Was I the only one waiting for someone to get hit because they didn't move?

I love the band and the drum majors. Their majoretts need a choreographer and some better uniforms. They need their on signature style. Otherwise, they are excellent. I can see where JSU copied their style from. They just tweak it a little bit.
