At 50/50 mix works out at £0.80 per wash where autoglym polar blast comes in at £0.69 per was, false economy for a mediocre product or autoglym is a superior product.

Theres more to snowfoam then how it grips... ive used a snowfoam before which actually made the car a tad sticky and really hard to dry but it stuck really well... it also didnt really help remove dirt... i got 5ltrs of turtle wax pro range foam for 20 quid on ebay... 200ml per ltr is plenty and it kinda lubricates the paint if thats the right word makes the car eaay to dry and gets the traffic film off great... good vid mate keep it up

Maybe something to consider as a summer foam where the dirt isnt as bad as the winter months. So like dust etc maybe. Its tbere to loosen dirt, long as it does that its doing its job. And id leave foam on in the past when using a ik foamer/metso with no access to running water and have a bucket of shampoo and use the foam as an extra lube to the wash.

Will stick with my auto glyn polar blast it looks a load of bobbins that one.

AA Cherry Snow Foam, £1.99 for 1Litre at Home Bargains - still the best bang for buck for me.

So 50:50 is still foaming far worse than Polar Blast or BH Auto foam (using Karcher K7). No use being cheap if it doesn't foam up and clean!

Personally I think the foam clean is a waste of time. Tried three different makes, and unless the car is just dusty you spend the same time getting the dirt off. I just wet with the jet wash and use a bucket and sponge mixed with a regular car wash shampoo.

why would you want bubble gum smelling foam

use the other side of the jug, place the handle in the container for no-spill - not a lot of people know that

If the car was dry it will foam up & stick better? Maybe

It’s not a bargain due to the amount of product you have to add to the water. Plus, the container isn’t that big. An expat watching in Florida.

I use Autobrite Direct Magifoam and put the product in first then top up with water. Way better than this muck...

All well and good telling us how close to a Mr Whippy it is but that's not what a snow foam is for. We need to know how much crap comes off with it when you rinse after the specified dwell time. If it doesn't take anything off you're just spaffing money down the drain

In my opinion, the effectiveness of snow foam is how dirty the foam is on the floor and not how thick you can lay it on the car.
