I watch from Australia. Always used to think UK prices were so high. I think our cost of living crisis has finally arrived now. Your vegetables and meat seemed so much cheaper than here at the moment. I really need to start shopping around. Thanks for a sweet video.
Really enjoyed your video today and seeing all the things you get at the shops. You are so much fun to watch and you always keep me laughing. I loved when you were talking about having fun on your drive until you remembered the ice cream in the car, lol. Oh Ive so been there girl. Thank you for being your wonderful self and sharing your time with us. Have a blessed day dear 🌺💜🌺💜🌺💜🌺
I'm currently using the pink Persil and I love it 😀. I'm 38 this year and my mother and nan always get me a little something while shopping and I do the same no matter what it is I'm over the moon lol.
I’m just like you - ingrained in me to get best value for money not to the point of obsession but enjoy shopping at different stores to get best prices. Compared to my mum who shops at Waitrose or Tesco Finest I must save hundreds over the year. There are always items I won’t compromise on but most things are much the same at cheaper stores. Love your videos- always giving me inspiration- thank you 😊
Absolutely!! Being able to shop in Waitrose and being happy to do so are two totally different things 🤣 the money saved is well spent on experiences and making memories 💐
I use Ri Na Mara moisturizer it's €25 a jar and is made in Galway Ireland with seaweed extract harvested there, they have an online store I absolutely love it
Boots No7 protect and perfect day/night cream is lovely, the day cream is so light to wear, disappears into my skin quickly and leaves my face soft and moisturised. I love it and highly recommend 👍🏻 lovely to see you feeling so happy 🥰 enjoy your treasures 😊 x
Hi Vicki, a great grocery haul. It was lovely to see you so happy and chatty! You got lots of things for a very reasonable price. I use Aldi moisturiser all the time and find it every bit as good as the more expensive brands. See you on your next one.xxxx
I've used that Aldi moisturiser, and it's really good. I've tried a couple of different Aldi moisturisers and that one is definitely my favourite especially if your skin is dry xxxx
Great video as usual, always enjoy your food hauls and meal ideas. Will you let me know which shop you can buy another head from please, you have made my morning xx
Great haul. I also shop around and I’m a price checker too and don’t waste money. Can’t afford to with food prices at the moment! Sweet Chilli sauce I buy from sainsburys…. From the world food isle. The bottle is massive but I do wait for it to go on Nectar prices!
Hi VIctoria, Be on the lookout for Elemis specials this year as it's their 35th anniversary. I just bought the marine cream, a double size pot, for almost half price. I bought mine from our Shopping Channel on TV. I would imagine that people in the UK will see even better deals.
Lovely shop Vicki. Not tried the Persil yet, I do use the non bio for skin problems. Love pineapple too, just treated myself to a proper corer. Magic! Xx🥰🇬🇧
Hi vicky I know what you mean the food prices are ridiculous at the moment my shopping bill has gone up £20-£30 pounds a week try to stick to a limit but can't and another great food haul and great lunch ideas and what you got from the charity shop is lovely essentially the blanket a big keeper take care xx
I have a simular blanket in green and it cost me just short of 80 pounds so if i was you i would definately use it in my bedroom i use mine when i read in my room . My lab does the same so i buy ruhs blankets etc from the charity shops for her bed . Px
My son found me Dek Som Boon Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, I used to buy it from Tesco years ago but not this size. It's the best one I've tasted and this was around £3 for a Massive Bottle 2390g xXx
Goid video vicki really enjoyed it. Im totally with you on not wanting to pay more for something when i know i can get it cheaper elsewhere. And if i do happen to buy something then see it elsewhere cheaper , that really pisses me off !! Persil is my laundry detergent of choice, but i usualky buy now whatever is on offer . My mum always used persil & comfort softener, even tho we didnt have a lot of money & they werent cheap then & not now either, but she never skimpted when it came to our washing, alwatys used the best. I thought you got a lot for your money with everything you got i was surprised at the total. Quite a bit of meat, household products, that ajin cream looks good for the money be intresting to try it, always nice to hear what other skin care products are out there, & £7, bargain. If its no good no big deal is it. I really like olay / no7. And no7 especially if boots have the 3 for 2 deals on !! I volunteer in a charity shop & Thursday is my day so been to wprk today, charity shops are amazing. You can pick up some fantastic stuff for next to nothing , some things are brabd new, tags still attached (dont get me wrong you do get some things that people reallly shouldn't have donated / shoukd have washed 1st etc but wont go into that....) but they ate an aladdins cave. Ive picked up some cracking stuff, today i got a new top ( next ) and a breville percy pig sandwich toaster !! Looks practically new. Your finds were really nice, and for a few quid you got 4 nice bits. Hope the ice creams survived !!!, 🍦🍦
@@Victoria_Foulger you realky dint want to....🤣 quick question Vicki that lasagne that you made last week with the pork mince & chicken soup , sounds delicious, did you just put a layer of cheese on the top to finish it off , as usually it would be the white sauce ? I want to try it for a change. I did a different 1 quite a few years ago with chicken , pesto & mascapone as the sauce but I can't remember what I put on the top !!
