Thank you for this. How do you remove the notches to remove ring pull or nail detection?

The garrett metal detectors are also made in china and have been for many years, the circuit board build quality looks cheap tack on many top line machines, i know as i have opened up many detectors.. This detector looks ok for the money...

+johnny blaze Not sure what country your from mate but if your from Australia they go on sale next Wednesday they cost only $100. Aldi is not the brand of detector its the name of the shops that supply them. Check them out at www.aldi.com.au/en/special-buys/special-buys-wed-30-dec/wednesday-detail-wk-53/ps/p/metal-detector-2/

Yes, it is :-0 -> www.barska.com/winbest-elite-edition-metal-detector.html But they were sold by Aldi in Australia, like +Surprise-Inside said. And that was the clue to finding the manual, thank you you so much! -> www.manualshelf.com/manual/barska/be11642-elite-edition-metal-detector/user-manual-english/page-1.html

I bought one of these from Jaycar NZ and it does not compare as well with my much older analoge type the "Discovery Metal Detector MD/MC 1023" from K.Mart that Ive owned for ten years and it has a Target function button that pin points metal.So I continue to use my Kmart one.

The simple truth is that the typical inductive metal detector type costs nothing to make. Anything beyond 100$ is theft so that product isn't particularly cheap, the others are massively overpriced. minelab in particular is beyond ridiculous. they have the true gold mine and you suckers buy it.
@23950522
@23950522 10 лет назад
Well theres an element of truth to what you say ,and the physics of metal detecting is very limited , and you make a valid point ,the only way I can counter your argument ,is this,,, Minelab and other manufacturers make mine detectors which our soldiers lives depend on, if it was a toss up on having to rely on a cheap Chinese import ,I think it would be Minelab every time.for me..

Peter Abbott that's because you're a gentle sheep who needs expensive products to be good and wont see them for the emperor's new clothes that they are. and let's not indulge illusions about the competence and nobility of the idiots in uniform. They unquestioningly go to wars based on obvious lies and kill millions so you'll excuse me if that's not a benchmark for me. Their intelligence is only marginally separated from trench wars of WWI. You cannot counter my argument because my position is true.

The suit I use is the finest that you've ever seen its French by XP leaps and bounds ahead of the cheap rubbish you where showing . Norway is a little country of just over five million people 'your military history is very short .and chequered 'Norwegian camp guards shocked SS guards with there brutality ..and there was a lot of horizontal collaboration by Norwegian woman as I recall .

this is a gold century 1020,for $60 its unbeatable . for a bit more you can get a gc-1023 and that will beat a garrett 250. Metal detectorists are a bunch of racists ,Hating chinese cheap machines ..,ironically thier $1000 fisher or teknetics is 100% made by chinese ,only assembled in USA.
