ALDI SNEAK PEEK JULY 24TH THRU JULY 30TH 2024 

Easy Broiled Cod: 1. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze it over the fillets (or use bottled juice if you don't have a fresh lemon) 2. Spread the fish generously with mayo (I prefer Dukes but any type of mayo works) 3. Sprinkle with either Old Bay Seasoning or Lawry's Seasoning salt (or any seafood seasoning of your choice) 4. Put fish under an oven broiler on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until the fish is flaky and the mayo is slightly browned. This also works in an air fryer if your don't have broil on your oven.

Potato chips with katsup is something I grew up with. I think that flavor or plain with katsup on the side is a Canadian and or British thing . I still love it at 59 lol hugs from East Tennessee

Buy the Cod! I drizzle Olive Oil in an oven proof pan, lay the Cod pieces in one layer, cover the Cod with crushed canned Tomatoes. Sprinkle with cloves of Garlic and Olives of your liking over the Tomatoes. Add seasonings: Black Pepper, dry Oregano, dry Basil. Bake ar 350 for 1 toc1.5 hours. Serve with crusty bread, or over aldente pasta. I make this for Christmas Eve, but always crave it all year long!

I have the berry keepers and love it. It is not dishwasher safe tho (I found out the hard way!). I also have the tall laundry basket. Fortunately I do not like sweetened cereals so the chocolate Frosted Flakes are safe from me! Have a good weekend Amy and thanks for the video and chuckles!
