Hi Ria I liked you showing the meals of the week it gives me some idea's. Me and my daughter has had a cold, when I started with mine my throat hurt but also had an upset stomach with it and feeling sick iam alot better now but my daughter has still got a barking cough.get better soon take care.xx
I love this type of video Ria 😊❤️. Hope you feel better soon. Have you tried swishing some warm water with a tsp salt for your mouth ulcer? I get them when my b12 or zinc is low but i haven't had them for ages now since ive built up my b12 and zinc big hugs sweetie 🥰
Love this format. Meal ideas are so useful to me. I have what you have, I think, sore throat, cold, which has now gone into a head cold. I had no appetite either & a bit of an upset tummy. Feel better just now. Take care xx

If the truth be told I don't actually like watching what I eat in a week videos, as they are only a few mins long and as I'm normally doing something else while watching, it's too much effort to keep stopping what I am doing just to select a new video 3 mins later. The exceptions are you Ria, mum life and the world of mummy and Oscar B ....I watch all Of your videos xx

Hi Ria , great haul and meals , my daughter has what we call a " beige " diet lol Chicken nuggets Popcorn chicken Fish fingers Chicken select Chicken goujons Pizza I wouldn't worry too much about what they are eating at least they are getting food inside them .. hope your feeling better soon x
Hope your feeling better soon, can recommend from experience that anything made by corsodyl is great for any sort of dental issues.. doesn’t taste very nice but does the job and is reasonably priced.. love to see the hauls, and meals of the week videos, I’ve actually started going to Aldi a bit more thanks to your videos, found some quite nice stuff actually xx

Great food haul. Lovely meals aswell. Ria there is no need to explain why your shopping isn’t all healthy. Belongs they are being fed it okay. Yes it maybe unhealthy stuff but if that what they like and will eat that’s the main thing. My oldest son is so fuzzy never used to be untill we all have covid the first time his appetite for all the food he used to love he want eat now. What he eats now is very limited. I always offer him what we are having if he says no I just cook something I no he will eat. Would love to see more meal ideas xx
Ria use corsodyl mouth wash its brilliant for mouth ulcers the dentist told my husband to use this when he had them and now if we get one and thats not very offten now but thay go very quickly it doesn't tast very nice but it does the trick i alwayes keep a bottle in we use the original flavor one as my hubby says thats the best also GET WELL SOON ❤❤❤
