Great video, with the shark, clean the filters under the bin if they need doing and rinse the dust container out, and there’s another filter under the grill at the front which clips off and can be washed, because you got a right bargain with a working shark
I agree with someone else mentioning the B12, I take it everyday and really notice a difference in my peri meno symptoms if i forget to take it. Good bargain, but would have been nice for the lady to clean the hoover first, I could never imagine selling something dirty🤢Happy Anniversary!! ❣

Hair looks fabulous ❤ i had a pixie cut in my early twenties love it for yrs i do toy with idea now but my face shape etc has changed now im in 40s so dont think can pull it off anymore and great bargain with hoover and gosh yes pets are like our children ❤

I get it , my cat went missing and I knew something was wrong , turns out she got hit by a car ! That’s happened twice !!! Moved since then but the panic is always there , but in the summer they do tend to stay out alittle longer not days ! But longer x
A lady I know went through it in her 30s. I started going through the peri menopause at around the age of 43. Your not too young, peri menopause usually starts at around the age of 40. Get a second opinion lovely, see a doctor that specialises in the menopause. I only had a few of the symptoms but being on hrt has really helped, you usually start of on a low dose. The safest as well, which is the most natural I use the oestrogen gel and you need the progesterone tablets to protect your womb if you still have periods. Sorry to hear it didn’t go as well as you’d hoped. I really do hope you get something sorted, I hope you feel better soon lovely. ❤

Hi ria great vlog, bargain on the hoover , common side effects of citalopram are everything you have been saying , I can’t understand why he would up it as it could make the symptoms more so , maybe that’s why you feel the way you do , could be a possibility, your hair looks lovely, thanks for the tour round the range xxx

Ria your hair looks amazing and happy anniversary. I think Bobby looks cute no matter if he has his beard or not 😁. I know another lady here said similar but hormone tests can be unreliable depending on time of the month. Also do your research in HRT and don't let doctors dismiss you. Like the other lady said my mum had breast cancer and my aunt and was on HRT for years...but now they say it's safe but for my own personal situation I'm choosing at this point to not go on it as i don't want the side effects and im going the natural route but we're all different and know our bodies. I'm sure you'll be fine. Now summer is coming im sure your energy will improve ❤️

I think the fear can get the better of you and once you have the right information you can make decisions. I'm starting to think about my quality of life and I just want to feel better. So sorry sweetie I hope I'm not bringing you down. I literally have no females I can talk to 😔. My hubby is wonderful but he's a man 😄. It all feels so lonely sometimes at this stage of life.

Hi Ria, your hair is smashing. It's really horrible when pets go missing. Where I lived before that used to happen sometimes with my dog. Turned out he was pretending to the neighbours that he was homeless and they were feeding him too. Great bargain on the hoover. Sorry the gp wouldn't give u hrt. Hrt hasn't agreed with me but gp gave me lexapro and now I feel a bit like a zombie going around. My house needs a clean and tidy but I seem to feel so tired all the time. X

That's really disappointing about your appointment. Your not to young and you don't need to be depressed to get hrt. It's so sad that doctors have such lack of knowledge. Maybe get a second opinion with a female. women shouldn't just have to put up with menopause symptoms anymore, we have a right to get the help and treatment.
