This piano has been maintained for the last 15 years primarily by piano technician Robert Williams, who is rated as one of the best piano techs in the LA & South Bay areas. My son is also a piano tech, so this instrument has been in good hands. This is an excellent upright piano in great condition. VIDEO DEMOS BELOW!!

Made in USA, most likely in San Francisco
Always tuned, consistently maintained
Hammers in good condition
Damper felts in good condition
Action very consistent throughout the keyboard range
Keys level
Pedals well adjusted
Everything works, nothing sticks, no problems at all
Exterior has only minor little scratches
Bench and bench pad included
No stairs, easy move out, two people adequate if your truck has a ramp.
Not a heavy upright. Four people could easily lift it into a pickup if necessary.
