He's not really leaving to "focus" on Offcanny. On CCTV he said that he originally planned to stay with Jacob after his parents moved to San Diego, so he could stay with Cow Chop until the end. However, after some thought, he decided that he didn't want to go from one thing (cow chop) immediately into another (offcanny). So he's gonna stay with his parents in San Diego for a few months before he moves on to fully work on offcanny
