What are you talking about? Dew Process says "For the rest of the game, players draw an extra card at the start of their turn." Your current turn has already started (obviously), so when you play it, you don't draw any cards. When your next turn starts is the first time you draw an extra card. It's consistent with literally every card that has a start of turn effect.

@@wanderer5438 Yeah but we all clearly saw it not do that thing right? Hence it must have a weird interaction with something. Look at 2:00, she played solar eclipse and dew proces, the enemy only drew 2 cards. And at 9:30 she played another solar eclipse and dew proces, the enemy only drew 3 cards. Like why play a solar eclipse if it clearly doesn't cast twice. And she draws 5 at 10:00 in her next turn, so suddenly it does cast twice. And the enemy's next turn he suddenly draws 5 cards, 1 draw and 4 burns. Like am I missing something? Because to me the amount of cards drawn doesn't always add up. It should add 2 the very next turn if Allie plays solar eclipse and dew process but sometimes it doesn't.

@@tobiasL1991 oooh, I see. That's just Allie's editor being a bit too eager, he or she often cuts part of the start of a turn. If you check the example at 2:00 closely you'll see that the Demon Hunter has 6 cards in hand, then 9 at the start of the next one. So he did draw 3 cards, we just don't see the first card drawn due to the editing. Same with the other examples.
