There is nothing I sense from Alex that is “grounded”. He’s moved locations like 10 times in the last year. He’s spoke against gear users heavily in the last year speaking about its emotional toll and that it “makes you ugly.” Yet here he is on the sauce. What’s the reason? To feel good while he’s lean so he can be more successful. Not to mention he mentioned looking better than others on gear. He’s spoke about how there will always be someone bigger and it’s never ending. Now here he is. I hope he finds some stability. I think this is an identity crisis from the downfall of his rapid success
Full of BS. What will gear do to get him to the next level? He has all the money and fame. If he's not competing against other "influencers " why is he doing it? I feel its jealousy and being "smaller" than others. I'll give him the transparency point. But to call low test or trt for gear is crap. His test levels are comparable to others his age. People that are overweight or out of shape have even lowe test. This was his exuse to "justify" gear. Stoic good questions on your part. Too bad these interview "influencers " never ask the straight questions like this. 👍
@@bobgoof8961 Look at his views. He went from one of the more popular fitness channels to getting 28k views per vid, he'd have atleast a vid pop off every month. So you get to the point of asking what's different, are people bored with me looking exactly the same, is it the religious side, all these guys that aren't natty are killing it. Hmm I bet if I went off it will do X. I'm sure that's the biggest thing. He's still young, and did he milk out every single dollar that he could? One thing that I don't like is him calling out people that want to go on gear for views, apparently that's not a good enough reason, but like you said he justifies his reasoning as good. Him lifting weight for 8 years and whatever else. He did a good job bashing others and joined. When to me atleast this is all financial as a result of the business he is in. I can't hate it, because I'd probably have done the same thing and a lot sooner at that age. I just wish I would have came off more authentic then he has, but knowing that perhaps saying something might increase my competition why would I. Why would I give someone else that's on the fence the same stupid excuse that I'm using, my talk my competition to do it and then they steal my views.lol
Right, I'm 38 and have been natty my whole life and definitely experienced body dysmorphia, but got to a point where I was like why bother? I don't plan on competing and I just want to keep myself healthy and do this for longevity sake at 38 as a natural I'm still putting up great numbers and people often mistake me for being younger, yet you have guys that have been blasting their whole lives who not only look way older and but their insides are not doing so great, so is it really worth? Like look at noel don't get me wrong like the dude, but he's younger than I 'am and he's spoken in the past on the negatives of being on cycle.
exactly. dude literally called himself greek god, aka already looking amazing. if he‘s not happy now, he won‘t be any happier with 5kg more. he needs to take a good look at his mental health instead
I really dislike hate comments, so I'll do my best. My take on this is Alex has been an influencer getting hate for years. It's caught up to him where 12%BF is "fat" as he calls it. It's all about perspective and with fame and fortune comes unfortunate mental side effects. Alex wants his cake and to eat it too, meaning sub 10%BF and gain a ton of muscle. He can't bulk because he mentally can't go through that. It's sad the fitness space has become such a poor developed mindset. He's 24 years old and even if it's "low dose" it's still supplying his body with what it can create naturally but he's too stubborn to bulk. Maintaining a physique like that for years led him to low T and psychologically he's paying the price for it now. Unfortunately this will create another wave of kids (yes kids) wanting to take Test or even copy his exact cycle. Always rode with Alex, but kinda disappointed to see this. All he had to do was bulk and even that would've generated revenue of content, but no. Impatience is the thief of a strong mindset.
Couldn’t agree more. He said it himself, he doesn’t track calories and doesn’t have a program he follows in the gym. Taking steroids (even trt) before optimizing your diet and training is just dumb imo. It’s like he’s trying to patch a self inflicted gunshot wound with a bandaid. It’s really sad to see how the “fitness” industry has bred body dysmorphia to the point influencers are scared to bulk and kids are on gear.
@@bigman8780 I'm shocked this isn't common sense. He hasn't even peaked naturally since he's not even following a strict customized workout plan and diet. I think someone in his entourage needs to do an intervention to drill it into his head. Get the basics solid before doing anything else.
Yeah dude just contradicted his entire brand. Bible thumper, wouldn't hang with the tren twins, talked about how enhanced influencers are bad role models. Now he folds, for fame. Sad to see. He'll do much more than this lil cycle
I was going to say his audience is actually no doubt celebrating because it means he might no longer annoy them by talking about it incessantly. Then I realized most people in his audience who were annoyed by that--which is to say, most people in his audience, period--have left and stopped paying him any attention. (I myself just checked in to see the news and won't even be finishing the video let alone seeing his, and I'm probably not alone.) Who knows, maybe this has less to do with any desires for his physique and only to do with falling off. He's talked to Togi, after all, and probably has seen the attention people now get _just_ for using. He's practically a old man in the rapid evolution of this industry, and he's probably noticed that the use has gotten to a point where people don't even care about the physiques anymore!
Most people that want to train to get big will eventually hit there natural limit, and so yes it's understandable for one to want to use hormones to go farther and push there body, same as people that use Adderall or anti anxiety meds, they use it to take themselves farther, and hit new levels they were not able to hit without drugs, the only time anyone should have a problem with any drug use is when A person enters a natural competition but uses drugs, then there a scum bag but if they don't because they want to....who gives a fuk. Look at all the people in support of a women being able to murder her children, why does a women getbto choose if she don't want her k8ds she can just kill them, that should be a bigger topic then a person using drugs in order to take there life further
lol yeah. He was never natural. I saw on reddit a while back he was over there asking questions about what SARMs do, specifically RAD140 and LGD4033. I know he definitely played with SARMS and Enclomid or something
@@wyattmaxey Nothing to do with praying on his downfall. I like the guy, I really do. I even still do. He just gets so goofy when talking about gear use. As a user myself it's very obvious he was using something. Even if it was very mild, doesn't mean he was fully natural.
Exactly, Alex wasn’t natty before and I don’t like him anymore either but this is gonna hurt his image TREMENDOUSLY! Especially after he pushed the thesis to not hop on like Sam he’s such a hypocrite
Used to love Eubank's content, but I feel the fame and everything got to him and for him to advance his career he couldn't remain natty. I have nothing against people who use steroids under doctor supervision, but it was something special watching him grow his brand being natty
At his age, if he was natty, would think a lot of medical work would be done to figure out why his test levels were that low. If your test levels were that low for a long time I don’t know that you could maintain a physique like that….so to me it seems very fishy. Don’t follow him, so I don’t know. But after seeing this interview I am doubtful he just started using exogenous hormones.
that's the biggest thing. I mean Alex is an adult and anyone can do as they wish with their body. But ultimately I hope that he doesn't fall into the "more dose" mentality that a lot of guys fall into. I also hope that he documents this in the right way to his audience. Because ultimately a lot of people (especially younger guys) look up to him and glorifying PED's/not prescribed TRT could ultimately be damaging to his audience.
@@NoelDeyzel”their body” and “their decision” until it comes to awful health problems, and why even bother? Assuming he actually was all along why would he EVER screw over his health like that just to appease some internet people??
I'd rather be healthy and hot and live a long time and be loved for me than look like a big ball sack. Fitness influences aren't helping. The scientists are. Yall apologize but young people are going to copy you and suffer going to an alcoholics anonymous meeting or something. God I hate you rich fucks
Not sure how people think he was always unnatural. He’s 175 lbs at 5’10 and hasn’t visibly improved his physique in years. You’d have to have extremely low standards for natural physiques to consider that unnatural
@@GloryToFatherGod777 Or he was just good at maintaining his doses. It's all too clear that he's been on roids for a very very long time as most of the influencers. When you have 13 year olds normalizing steroids abuse and drugs. Surely a paid spoiled influencer knows how to hide things.
@@tswagger4663 It’s not that clear to me that he was on roids. His lifts aren’t impressive by any standard and he’s not that big. The only indication of roids is his leanness, which can be achieved naturally. He really doesn’t have that much muscle and all his lifts are late intermediate at best.
like doc mike would say you can have the best fitted wheels and and traction control on a rally car but once you go past 200mph youre not safe anymore youre just trying to make it safer he is delusional
@AlicStanley lmao you've gotta be joking. Is a man who smokes two packs a day healthy becuase he eats salad and works out. PDEs are basically poisonous. May man alex spend years telling us this again and again and again and again. Now he's on the gear and the well documented side effects and organ damage it causes suddenly don't exist
Gonna be watching with deep interest as everyone feigns surprise that it's going/ending poorly after a brief period of mass muscle growth. Hey j wonder how the liver king is doing, or do we just ignore the literal thousands of case studies now
The thing which both Noel and Alex dont understand is that...having brain fog, bad sleep and such is not inherently a low testosteron problem...There could be countless things first before coming to the conclusion of low test or trt...That is what actually failed the fitness industry.
Yeah if you have low test in your 20s something else is wrong and it’s not just that your “test is low”. I get it though, he’s justifying it to his viewers. But, then his viewers will think: “Well I have brain fog? Maybe steroids will help me?”. Well then you’re just negatively influencing people. Steroids are not necessary if you’re just an avid gym-goer.
Telling people to wait just 3-4 years before hopping on is an insanely short time, there is no way that is an adequate time to know any sense of what you're doing and what you really want... bad advice Alex...
If you’re really into lifting and it’s literally one of your main hobbies, 3-4 years is plenty of time to know what you’re doing and the correct way to do it. Not for anyone who only goes occasionally or doesn’t diet or track calories, for them it definitely isn’t enough time. Now I think what you’re saying is someone who has only lifted that long shouldn’t hop on trt which I fully agree with. But you definitely can be knowledgeable by then and if enough research is done, and you’re financially able to, something less extreme as trt would be completely viable as long as the reason for it is justified and you know what you’re doing through research
@@garrettbrown4069 and 90% of people here says they are into it as a MAIN GOAL, but as soon money or girlfriends appear they drop it and go for it cuz that made em more happy

Alex, I don't like to be judgemental, but tbh I'm disappointed. You were the natty light in a world of steroid darkness, and as a Christian, the bible says that our body is his temple and that we should keep it clean and pure. I got a lot of respect for you when you made your video on the ugly truth about the fitness industry. It inspired me to stay natural, to find more in life, and that size shape and shreds isn't all life has to offer. You are well respected in this industry, you're financially stable, you said you're about to have a family, and you've already made it in life so I can't understand any reason to take PEDs. You are made in the image of God, and steroids won't make that image better, it will never be enough and the hedonic treadmill will only grow when you make more gains, more followers, and more money; but at what cost? That aside, I pray that God opens your eyes to know that this can spiral to a bad addiction and that you have nothing to prove to anyone. You've inspired me and others to train naturally and keep our temples clean, and to self improve physically, mentally and spiritually, and I and hopefully others are praying you don't get into performance enhancing drugs. I really hope coach greg makes a video and changes your mind somehow as well. You're always gonna be the Greek God of fitness with or without PEDs. God bless you and your family.
If you're looking for real natties who actually give good and relevant advice, there is Natural Hypertrophy, Alex Leonidas and Scheredzz, who I have reason to believe are all Christians as well.
Sadly not sure how much he was serious on it. Sure there is some but not the way it was. But it’s the reality that EVERYONE knew. And this confirmed it right here.
@@CarsonPalumbo-hz1brhe very likely had taken sarms in the past lol 1. The biggest and best looking physiques always have it. There's almost no other reason to do this stuff. Strength? Sure. But most people live lives where they don't need it day to day or even in emergency situations. It's literally the one thing that binds every bro in the gym. They all look in the mirror and say "Damn, I'm so small". That being said, there's no pride in shaming. The best looking women also have body dysmorphia. If we didn't care what we looked like, we'd be pretty ugly as a species.
@@JesusChrist-uu2te yeah I agree I’m not trying to pick him out but for a guy publicly doing this inspiring the younger generation whether he likes it or not, he didn’t even try to bulk to gain muscle. ‘If only I could be 180 Lean’. It’s just a sad excuse to get on trt because he feels weak and spaces out. He wants to make a decision like that with his influence then the least I can do is call it out. All for his social media to “Stay Lean” when it’s all in his head no one cares how lean he is but him and the other 5%. He’s gonna get to the “180 Lean” that he wants to be then he’s gonna say “190 Leann”. Peak Body dysmorphia.
He should've been natural.. it's not worth it in the end, we all should advertise that being natural is better.. Alex eubank has always inspired me as he was natural...
He's not really the most honest person in most any respect of how he presents himself. It's cool to be inspired by our fellow humans, but _especially_ if they're not people you know at all but just figures on a screen, you need to be flexible and not depend on one person as they all have flaws and all disappoint. Alex's flaws and decisions are his own; you should still be proud of what you've achieved and keep making choices you can be proud of! Natty or not, you of course were never going to have precisely the same physique as Alex after all, just a swoller version of your own. So not much is lost! Just take inspiration or admiration as you get it but always keep it in check. He's just a fellow person with a nice body (like, presumably, yourself after your hard work!) so just keep enjoying it, or not, along with those of others, as they work or don't as something that inspires you to finish that set strong or adopt other good habits. Be chill and keep it in perspective and all will be cool!
Be happy with what you got naturally. So when you add gear you’re still satisfied how you look. Also don’t forget adding testosterone is also adding estrogen. Starting at 200mg a week is a slightly high trt dose. Most clinics will start old guys at about 125-140mg a week (2 shots total per week). And mostly everyone has to increase the dose over time because your body will get used to that dose. Remember when you start blasting high amounts of T like 500mg a week you run the risks of side effects, like gyno. Also people who don’t work out, have poor sleep, eat crappy, won’t get crazy results. You have to already be working out and live healthy like Alex for testosterone to be most effective.
Alot of us get too obsessed about being big. Something needs to change in the fitness industry. We should be doing this for our health. Getting the balance is so tricky because we got to be aware of our joints
Horrible... and boy do I have so much to say about this. When people fall off or views go down, they all resort to this. I like Alex so this is a lot of a place of love, but it's very disappointing.
"no longer faking natty", this is the lad that back then came with the bs that he was taking clomid at his 20 to boost his nat T (ofc a 20yo needs it after all that trening) and that was suffering sideeffects of a fkd up endocrine balance but still making gains, yah next to tristyn lee hes one of my fav nat idols! LMAO
He has been overhated a lot these past years. Kind of a shock but I respect his choice. I know that he will be smart with it and hope he will grow both in terms of physique and social media. Good luck to the both of you 🔱💚
Crazy how he talked down about Sam Sulek and that he was a bad influence on the younger guys because they look up to him only to follow the same path and have the same effect on his own fans/viewers, i wonder how Alex Eubank feels about those comments now Take in mind that Sam Sulek just like Noel never speaks about what cycle they are personally taking and never recommends it as being even remotely a good idea
@apex9177 grifter hypocrite swaps lanes for a more lucrative grift Literally nothing surprising about his 180. I'm not judging or criticising him,it's purely his decision. But he was such an inspiration for a lot of us,being natty and seeing how much he was able to achieve. I personally feel this will just make more people feel like being natty is just as waste of time.
Check out the Noble Natties brother, solid advice with none of the steroid BS, yet more they'll get you away from mainstream fitness and probably improve your body dysmorphia therein. Stay safe brother.
subbed to alex not even for the fitness content but instead cause it’s hilarious seeing someone be contradicting, have body dysmorphia, hypocritical, all while preaching to be this holy thou guy 😂
Not funny imo. We're seeing someone living in a fantasy world, a car accident you can't look away from...In the real world, you get your diet and workout program in order for at least 5 years before you do something as drastic as touching "Substance". This is tragic, not funny.
I'm glad he was vulnerable and honest, setting a good example and telling people that his physic is not realistic without help of supplements. Lots of respect for him
Ironic how Noel discourages PED usages to teens - then he posts this shit knowing damn well Eubank's entire audience are kids/teens who easily get influenced
Literally. "I want to feel like a high test blah blah blah" he doesn't want to feel like a normal healthy person, he wants to feel heightened. Just like being high, that's not normal healthy function, it's a heightened state of being slightly overstimulated. And yes, steroids will grant that, but that doesn't mean it's good or healthy. The same way it's not healthy when it's meth or cocaine or alcohol. Maybe if he started losing muscle and getting fat like you actually would when you need trt then I could believe him, but this is not that.
@@taylorhillard4868 "heightened state of being slightly overstimulated" i don't know what you're smoking if you think that's what being on test feels like. It doesn't feel like anything, it's not a drug, kid. You can feel depressed, sluggish and lazy just as much as if you were natty. Tiktok brain.
It's really good to see somebody being so transparent about their life choices and story, I hope the guy makes sure to put his health first in future before social media. Also well done Noel for helping him talk about it, it's always comforting to see influencers talk on a deeper level 🖤
Rare L for Noel, not just Alex. Noel has been vocal about not wanting teens to pursue steroid usage, meanwhile he promotes Alex, who main audience is just teenagers. This is a dysmorphic, vain, and rushed decision, masked with this "holier than thou" facade from Alex. He calls the tren twins "dumb", He calls sarms users "losers" which is pretty ironic. And then on his own youtube he says "I'm gonna take a quarter of gear that your favorite influencer does and get a better physique then they have." On steroids for jesus, I guess.
Having people be honest. Respecting their decisions and just getting a better understanding. This is what EVERYONE needs. Just to sometimes sit down and chat. Love the transparency and honesty as always. Keep it up bro.
Its his body, he is making money with it. I cant blame Alex. Im making also my money, trading my health.. we all do when we are working. People are dying on construction sites, people are dying on tren cycles. So what?
These interviews are great. Noel is a very good listener and makes the guest feel very comfortable and it really allows them to open up about certain things that they otherwise wouldn't on camera. Before this I kind of just though Alex was just another fake influencer in the fitness space, but after seeing a more human side of him he seems like a pretty good guy.
This is why people pay no attention to holier than thou kids. Preaching 24/7 and now you’re abusing your body when you have already achieved success? This is actually sad
Honestly had my doubts about Alex but when he said he wanted to make money so he could spend every moment w his future wife and kids, honestly how could you hate this guy. Noel its great you’re having these pods man, it helps us see you influencers are human just like us and not larger than life people.
But I mean.. he did talk about sarms when he was younger and was commentating on sarms comment threads.. still seems fishy.. we’ll never know. Glad he’s open and honest about what he is doing now!

6:32 that’s so sad. He could clearly get where he wanted with a professional trainer helping him organize his workouts to maximize his natural potential… but he’s gonna compromise his health instead of dialing in
Yeah, well that physique took liek 2-3 years to get. Alex Eubank definetly did not reach his natty limit, not even close. He just needs to dial in and train properly, because in general, he's not a very knowledgeable peson when it comes to fitness, really just has the same knowledg as your average fitness influencer, which really doesnt say much.
