nyrbsamoht No, not by a long shot. Firstly there's a shitload of paracetamol in it, so unless you have no tolerance you're basically causing yourself borderline liver damage trying to get a nice dose. Any more than 4mg Para a day is really, really bad for you. I think you can only get 120mg of codeine out of painstop before you hit that para ceiling. The other problem is the higher ratio of promethazine to codeine, which overpowers the opiate when you have to much. Lastly, codeine is better absorbed taken in a single dose rather than sipped over time. CWE is a far superior way. Go get some Phenergans and pop em' with your CWE, your liver will thank you, and the high is much better without all the promethazine overpowering the codeine.

Rikodeine being a syrup of dihydrocodeine that you can get OTC here but its full of sorbitol so if you drink a whole bottle or as in my case being on methadone much more, your arse will erupt with liquid shit in the worst way. its metabolised by the same enyzmes in your liver and forms the dihyrdro versions of the same metabolites that codeine does so people that don't metabolise it well get less effect.

the sorbitol doesn't do that to me.. must be cause I have a tolerance to opiates..
