It sucks this guy couldn't value and appreciate what he had and live a decent life as a decent man. What a privileged life to live; career and financial security, multiple roofs over your heads, indulging in travel and hobbies, surrounded by the love of your family and friends, supported by a family legacy. The only things that ever seemed to go wrong in their family was only ever brought on by themselves. Literally living the 'American dream' and turned it into a living nightmare. What a terrifying thing to happen to his wife and son!

How Creighton Waters didn’t jump over the barrier and throttle this guy shows true resilience. Murdaugh is doing his absolute utmost to be as obfuscatory, as obstructive, and obnoxious as he possibly can. This is a deliberate ploy which any of us who have had to deal with a narcissist recognise immediately. If you have a person in your life like this, walk away. Do not let them rile you. They thrive from it and if you do grab them by their weedy little necks, you have unfortunately fallen for their little plan. The constant repetition of Mr Waters’ questions, the pretence he doesn’t understand the questions… it’s all manipulation. He thinks he’s making Mr Waters look silly but in reality he is just making himself look stupid. A person with a law degree not understanding a simple question? This is where Murdaugh shows his arrogance in that he believes the jury is so beneath him, so not as clever as him that they will fall for his manipulation. What he forgot to remember in all this is that the jury were not selected because of their damaged, possibly even abused backgrounds. A narcissistic manipulator will select a partner based on exactly that, because they know they will be able to grind them down. Congratulations to Mr Waters for his professionalism and resilience in dealing with this specimen. May Murdaugh be isolated from humanity for the rest of his earthly existence.

the Tom Girardi case, 2yrs ago-present should have had you asking your attorney more questions. This case was/is all over the news, and social media platforms

Another thing I don’t understand why the prosecutors didn’t call on the stand Paul’s ex girlfriend, Mallory’s boyfriend her best friend and the parents of the guys, their testimonies on the Netflix show are pretty damning.

All it would show is the power & influence the M's possess and throw around. It doesn't show Alex doing anything in connection with their murders except the brothers taking the guns from the house.

How frustrating it would be to question this man. How can it be that difficult to answer a question directly without dancing around it or repeating the question first. Oh Lord my patience is wearing thin just listening to it lol

I'm surprised his legal team did not tell him to stop doing that, because it only made him look like he was trying to fool the jury.

Frankly I’m tired of hearing about the financial instances over & over This prosecution needs to debate the night of the murders!!!

They’re laying the groundwork for the financial motive behind the murders and that he has always lied in any situation that covered his wrongdoings, as e did for close to 2 years until he knew his lies were being exposed. Now it’s all “I don’t remember” and “I’m admitting to everything I did do wrong” The case the prosecution presented was based on his lies that he gave as testimony, now that the prosecution has rested, he’s changing everything he said happened that night. I hope he faces every additional charge they can lay on him. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

all those financial examples got Murdaugh to admit that he really cared for those clients but he still stole their money - not a stretch to suggest that really caring for his family didn't stopped him killing them. Also that he's looking the jury in the eye and 'not lying' to them. He's an expert at looking people in the eye, convincing them that he's telling the truth, when he's lying.

agree 100 % with you. The fraud is different case this is about facts what happened at the murder scene seems to me the law enforcers focused on him only from very beginning because his lies and behavior. I looks like a farce already

I love that the prosecutor called attention to his sudden use of cutesy nicknames for his family members. I really hope the jury isn't won over by this aw shucks routine.
