There's a 2 things for me to say about this... Back then, Alex didn't exist for a while. It was *just* Steve. So, makes sense that he has more experience. This pretty much perfectly sums up what the first days of survival is like for an absolutely brand new player. You all remember that experience, right?
Just imagine: In the earliest days of the world, where Minecraft only consisted of 8 blocks (indev versions) Steve was created. With no sense of purpose or direction, he was a mere plaything for the Gods (He was initially a mob created for testing between indev versions for 2 days) he wandered... All alone. Unable to drink, eat, talk, sleep or die... As Minecraft progressed, only more hostilities welcomed him, yet he was given reason and thought - He was all by himself in a developing, growing world for 5 years before Alex came along. (Minecraft initial release: 2009). Boy how glad would someone like that be to meet someone else. Would really love to see his backstory!
Well as you can see here Steve did not confront those Spiders directly. I think he's more like a trapper that utilize the surrounding to create a bunch of contraptions or simply improvise whatever he has like explosions, materials to quickly craft a lot of useful devices to take out his enemies.
@@Anto34ish steve;i think i will find diamonds her- wait... sees the moon, and alex steve;oh shit... i found a body, better loo, oh, it's alive... IT'S ALIVE?
I mean although he didn’t save her directly he and hundreds of other Steve’s were some of the earliest people to exist until the updated minecraft where there was only Steve so it would make more sense why he’s this experienced compared to Alex.
Steve was just out mining with dynamite and happened to save Alex. That tracks. Kudos to him for saving her and it explains why she puts up with his trolling and even protects him during raids.
The amount of effort you put into making these videos are admirable. It's seen through the smooth animation and clean art. It's almost professional for real. I'd love to see more of these in the future
I wonder if in Alex' past. Steve at first couldn't believe he found another one like him so he was sort of in a lull and was in autopilot while healing her and dressing her wounds. It would slowly sink in as he teaches her about the world they live in and when Alex grows to be independent. Steve will finally realize that he is truly no longer alone, and since he doesn't know exactly how to act socially with her. He of course becomes that trolling jackass we all know love and despise.
Eh, pretty sure he was always a jerk. Saved her by coincidence. And his saving her is the only reason she hasn't simply killed him. And that's assuming this setting is on Hardcore mode, because otherwise death is very inconsequential after the first time. (That's how I typically play in Minecraft. Need to heal? Just store items, die, respawn, pick them back up and keep walking. It's faster and means carrying fewer resources overall.)
I'm honestly beginning to believe that Alex in this series is like a real life person who's been somehow sucked into minecraft since she seems so much more human like than Steve.
This video made the meaning of *"Success doesn't only come from ease but from failure and sacrifice."* to the next meaning. This just shows that Alex was just a weakling back then but slowly managed to survive and protect herself and Steve.
Eeeeh... Wasn't it just someone else's success that was shared with her? I'm not trying to downplay her survival, but the phrase really doesn't fit here...
@@nati0598 Hmm, fair enough, I get your point to. It's kinda like a symbiosis between Steve and Alex. Steve is weak but more materialistic while Alex is vice versa but more physically capable. Basically a brain and a brawn.
i died in 3 days because of me spawning in a seamsly endless desert, fiding a vilage next to a temple, having honor and not stealing anything from the village, and when i found new biome, was a badland, so... i got triple sniped and died
@@dhark0n332 puedes robar, si, pero a cambio tradea con los recursos de la aldea, vuelve a plantar, salvalos y cuídalos de las conquistas de los villagers (o algo así), eso se debe de hacer al inicio
This is really cool, and really well done! I like that they fell and genuinely hurt themselves, and it wasn't just regular Minecraft logic. Helps fit the style for the mobs if they makes sense.
A lot of people are theorizing on what Steve’s past might’ve been like, but I wonder if his would tie into the existence of zombies. Perhaps the zombies were once people like Steve, maybe living in the Lost City or something, and Steve is one of, if not the last survivor, which could explain why he’s much more intelligent and successful despite his lack of physical strength. He would’ve been able to loot many precious resources before fleeing, too, which would justify his lack of skill in combat,as he never would’ve had to work nearly as much for them.
This video is amazing, it truly represents how one's first night is and it shows how inexperienced she is to. And the Phantoms being kinda portrayed as the vultures of the night, is really great!
Мне нравится, как в начале лицо алекс более детское и милое, а в конце злое и чёрствое. Показывает развитие персонажа в результате взаимодействия с миром
wow poor Alex I hope so much that she suffered too much she was thirsty and hungry and she also lacks a little life she has and I think she can't hold so much when they put up the difficult and extreme way of Minecraft game being so I think some spiders wanted to kill Alex and someone came who saved him life Steven led Alex to recover and always this is the only beginning
After seeing what Alex went through, I just KNOW Steve spawned in a village with an iron golem, blacksmith with a chest full of iron & domains, and probably a nearby jungle & desert temple for plenty of loot, TNT & just the biggest cakewalk in Minecraft history.
He probably was like alex, but instead of being saved(because he was the first one in the world), he probably just used his brain to get through the hardships.
wow being that way Alex waited so long for her leg to recover and then came the spiders that will attack Alex and then Steven came to save her and I think it'll be a better second part they'll wait
You made me love Alex even more! It breaks me when she's breaking down in tears. And love that it was Steve who saved her, though the ending imply the start of love-hate relationship, starting with a kick in the chin.
I love characters like this. I love seeing desperate struggles like this, where a character does their everything to survive and not give up. The fact that it’s in a silly kid’s game is super funny, though. :p
Podrías crear una buena historia con un buen desarrollo de personajes y un buen final, en lugar de seguir creando videos random, no digo que sean malos pero seria super GOOD que decidas crear una historia
This. This feels admittedly healthy of their dynamics. In the trailers I’ve seen Steve has the world show him no such mercy while Alex has the world served on a platter. (Tell me I’m wrong while steve fights to stay alive while Alex gets a relaxing boat ride ). Steve knows how to work the world but Alex has more of a grasp on death.
This gave me a new perspective on the past animation of the bunny. She wasn't compassionate of it because to the dance, she was about to let it live because she recalled she was in that same situation
Now this! This caught me off guard! Pretty amazing video X) Explains why she sticks around with Steve regardless how he can be. I do appreciate Alex with short hair tho, comes to show this was a long while back. Definitely looking forward for part 2!
No es divertido atacar a nuevos jugadores si eres un experto y estás acostumbrado a las mecánicas y todo El parece que quiere diversión, y como explotó la mina, solo quiere buscar algún recurso como el diamante u obsidiana
I still have hope that at some point the animator will advance the story to the point where HEROBRINE appears. I imagine it being the following, HEROBRINE is Steve's twin brother who always mistreated him, and threw him aside like trash, Steve had to learn everything by himself, using his creativity, while HEROBRINE learned magic and uses it to experiment himself. I also figured that the illagers are HEROBRINE's work.
Damn imagine a trap in virtual reality Minecraft with realism pain and agony, you feel what Steve and Alex have been through Die, Fight, and Repeat feel like Rezero and Elden ring game mechanic combined.
This was such a great video of how new people start out with no knowledge start out. The whole time I was waiting for Steve to save her loved the video ❤
