Unfortunately it’s the Suzuki that sucks at qualifying not rins, one of Suzuki’s best attributes is the fact it can make tires last longer then the other bikes, that’s why rims and the Suzuki are always finishing the race strong compared to others. The downfall to that is that it takes longer to heat up the tires, and due to the way MotoGP qualifying works, they just can’t get as much heat into the tires as the hondas and other factory bikes. What makes them fast in a race, also makes them slow in qualifying.

He likes to play it smooth. But you're right, he needs to push it more on Saturday to give himself a better chance on Sunday. He tries to hold it all in until Sunday to go all out, but he's working harder and harder to be in contention most Sundays

If they qualify 5th and down , they can have an prototype engine , but if they are in the top 3 they must have a sealed engine with no further modifying , so they would make him come in at a worst place , just so they can keep working on the bike to improve it further so next season it was even better . When Rina would get in front , Suzuki would pull out a sign on the finsh straight with like a num 4 , and that would mean get the fuck back into the field , you are pushing too much .... They weren't 1st in 2019 because they didn't want to be first
