I remember it was so difficult ot drive on it in Indycar Racing II (by Sierra, 1995) because of the same color of the surface. Compared to that in AMS 2 this track is piece of cake)
No it does not have power steering. Lots of things can change how "easier to turn" the wheel can be. things such as steering angle, caster angle, camber angle, toe angle, tire pressure and suspension setup can effect the way the wheel feels and how easy it is to turn. Not to mention having different chassis and aero with different weight and weight distribution ratios.
