Hi all, beware of fake accounts pretending to be Alexander Dreymon - commenting and responding to fans. These are all fakes and scammers. Alexander does not chat up fans on social media. He is not on facebook, youtube, twitter and he only has ONE official instagram account he uses, it's verified with a blue tick and has 850+ followers, Anyone else contact you pretending to be him, asking you to chat or email are fakes. Be careful.
he's so patient! I see a lot of humility and humor in this guy. he'll interview with anyone. weird camera angle. but so what, he's awesome!!!! go Last Kingdom. we want more!!!
I totally agree...a lot of people don't know about it. Hopefully now with Netflix on board it will get more exposure. I created this channel for that purpose too, I want everyone to know about it and how great it is! :)
Wendy Thanks for the video, I love the show and it deserves some major media attention in the USA. Season 2 just became available in US on Netflix 5/5/17! I subscribed to this channel and look forward future videos!
'Tis a great show...at first I thought "oh not another Viking series" but after the first episode I was hooked. It has a slight swashbuckling feel, which counteracts some of the ultra-violence which has become the norm since GOT.
I've never seen a more handsome man in my life.. I'm in awe. I would not be able to hold my shit together if I were to interview him... How can she even make eye contact, even his eyes are beautiful.
Okay, this interview was definitely kinda awkward but I do like how he kept it entirely professional and still found ways connecting to the audience. I especially liked how he looked into the camera to acknowledge whatever compliments he got from his fans. It shows that he really appreciates his fans and thinks highly of them. Well done Alexander Dreymon. The show is awesome.
Nice interview. Love The Last Kingdom. I hadn't shown much interest in this period of time before but this has really drawn me in. So many great actors who are just brilliant in the series. Alexander is one of them and he seems so flirtatious in real life, makes me smile.
I really enjoy the pace of this show compared to GOT and Vikings, and even though I've read the books, I'm enjoying the deviations and twists, it keeps it interesting. I think it's so well done that 1hr feels like 15 mins. All the cast seem genuinely friendly and I agree brilliant actors, they feed off each other well. The directing has been amazing too.
Love the last kingdom...cant wait for next season. came across it by accident on Netflix. When he was all grown up and in that water I fell in love. You are beautiful alexander, love that you seem to be humble and so laid back. Never change. You belong in Hollywood. 🥰
Just started reading the books on Kindle, because I love the show that my brother introduced me too. :-) My brother is WELL into his history, and he comments that the show is very good in its historical facts :-)
Please give us season three! Great actors who seem very sympathic in real life and a complex story monumentally realized with a lot of action, violent, but without superfluent sadism like in game of thrones!
She' is doing a bad job at playing it cool when the king of handsome is right in front of her and so close to her and who could blame her she's doing better than I would do. Hello from the island of Guam Uhtred!! 💙
Nice. :) I was a very bit surprised at the mockings at first. I guess they weren't serious. I think the lady was flattered sometimes, especially when he mocked her... Sometimes I was there as an extra in this series (in Hungary) and I can tell he is nice in general to everyone. :)
Loved the books ! Wished the kept the character of Steapa more to the story line! The actor who plays King Alfred's character to me is exactly as he was written in the books! I hope they finish the whole book series in the show.
He has mentioned a few times that he's not on social media (facebook, twitter etc) for personal reasons...maybe that will change in the future. But he does a lot of Q&As as you can see. He said he likes to keep his personal life separate from his work and I think we should respect that. However a lot of the other cast members are on social media, you can find them on twitter and instagram and they are very active with their fans. I've personally had multiple interactions with them, they are all very friendly. They've also been posting a lot of behind the scenes videos and pics as well which has been really great.
So very excited Season 3 will be coming in 2018 fall or winter. Just wish it was sooner, I have just finished watching Season 1 & 2...AGAIN...sooooo, guess I can binge watch again in about 6 months.
she dropped the fiance so that she felt more comfortable about her flirting the notion that shes not trying anything on because shes taken frees her up to still be flirty without her feeling vulnerable.
Reporter: *puts hand on Alexander's shoulder* Alexander: "That was awkward, wasn't it?" Reporter: "yeah sorry" Rekt Also, Saxons were doing shield walls long before the vikings showed up
Germans drink more beer. In America everyone asks (classmates) “what are you?” I’m German. Till I was stationed in Germany and a German asked “what are you?” Granted I was confused as to how to answer then said Minnesotan. Lol. (Germans were allowed to drink on breaks at work)
Love the show and doesn't reply on C.G.I as Games of Thrones,so to me me truly the better show, but doesn't seem to get the press as much as it deserves.
I have a Viking visit me ...he is called Sugaar ...Olaf The White Viking...he is afraid that you need to put him into the show....he is lightening and makes love to Mari Basque mythology and Danish Vikings...I a real seer....i love your show
Uhtred never wanted to be a KING he on wanted to be the Lord of bebbanburg! I think the interviewer was kind of feeling something between her and her guest! And she was trying to stay professional!
Not to nit pick, but the shield wall was a Roman defensive move. Having been previously occupied by Rome, with many Saxons conscripted into the Roman army, Alfred should have known this technique.
Based on history of the battles, Alfred knew about the shield wall, it was a beneficial tactics for him as most of his army was made up not of warriors but the fyrd. We need to remember, the show is a historical fiction, it's not a documentary. Uhtred did not exist during Alfred's time...so I assume Bernard Cornwell had to build a story around Uhtred and Alfred's use for his warrior skills...hence the 'fiction' part.
