Yes Indeed many rulers including Alexander, Amir Taimur, Changhaiz Khan conquered the countries on the basis of their exceptional leadership, motivational and bravery spirits but they failed to instilled a proper adminstrative and justice system in their empires. Therefore their conquered states prooved like a wall of sand and collapsed in few years after their death. But the Great Hazrat Umar R.A not only just conquered cities and empires but also installed proper adminstrative and justice system. Due to same the cities conquered by him remain part of upcoming Islamic caliphates for more than 500 hundred years. Indeed he is one of great leaders of history ❤❤❤
