Great listen guys...fun fact,when I played atom hockey, I won a contest to meet the Canadian Junior team and he was the Captain, so spent the day with him and the team and he invited my family to come watch once he got drafted to the Sens..It was against the Rangers at the old Civic arena..Great guy.

I live in Kanata within walking distance to CTC (was Corel Centre back then). This town was so damn hard on him. I have a 21 yr old son now, and I cannot imagine how he would deal with the level of pressure Alex was under at that time, at such a young age. It is nice to see him so happy and with his head screwed on straight. His parents raised him well. He seems like a genuinely good guy.

Saw Daigle play during the 2004-05 lockout, he came to Sweden with the NHL World Stars when they toured Europe.

Great as always boys. Loved your takes, and the "table for one" info on Quitter Gauthier haha. I'm a die-hard Flyers fan, and to give more context on the Hayes stuff...The Philly reporter who brought this info out is not a bullshit guy, and doesn't lie. He claims he received texts from a VERY well placed source, someone who's trusted, that Hayes talked smack about the Flyers to Quitter. At the end of the day, we'll never know the truth, but Chris Therein said he saw the texts and was there, another guy who is as straight-up as they come. I suspect what really happened here is that Hayes, like any other normal human being, probably did shit talk the Flyers when he was traded out, but I don't think it was A) anytime recent, and B) was not the only reason Quitter didn't sign with the Flyers. Perhaps in hindsight it was best not to report that in the public purview, but I'll be honest with you boys, I believe that it did actually happened. It just got blown out of proportion and stupid fans made stupid comments to Kevin, which he didn't deserve. The reporter is deeply connected, is almost ALWAYS right on his reporting, and has nothing to gain from making it up. I watched the Flyers intermission pod as he first dropped the info, and I can tell you he wasn't making it up. Someone who would know, texted him and told him the deal.

Cam is a great guy always joking laughing going happy.. Be cool to get an autograph and Pic with ya.. I can’t take the cold either I cheat when I go deer hunting got a hunting shack I set in with heat.. I just started playing adult hockey wish I started as a kid.. Our school never had a team.. It’s pretty fun met a lot of good people.. After years of doing Judo and martial arts I had enough.. Judo beat my body up had a few injuries.. It was a fun journey but I like the non contact adult hockey league..
