What is sad is that we taught the settlers every thing they needed to know and they turned on us. Day by day we are being forgotten. They wanted to get rid of us, but we are still here. Keep these traditions alive. I’m proud to be at least part of this wonderful civilization.

It still breaks my heart that native americans were never given the credit they deserve on discovering america. Land was taken and just so many horrible things. My grandma would tell me stories passed down to her and when I hear his music I think of her instantly. I hope he knows how much these videos truly move people💜

I watch this everyday along with all Alexandro’s other videos. I can’t praise this artist enough. He plays from the very depths of his soul and reaches into your soul. I’ve noticed in a lot of his videos young children are sitting quietly watching him play. They are mesmerized by him. If it was just the music they wouldn’t sit like they do. I am from Philippines on the hogh mountains of the Cordilleras. Us Cordillerans are also called natives of the nation. my ancerstors have the same clothings as yours before but now it is vanishing because we are lacking of preservance on our culture. Some of my ancestors are also using bamboo flute like the one you are using. thank you so much for reminding me much of my culture..

I'm native American to and I love this music it speaks to your soul and you can truly fell it and it's so beautiful and soothing I could listen to this all day and all night and even everyday it's just beautiful and amazing and his talent knows no bounds it's just so soothful and sweet I just love how he shares his gift and talent with so many , I may not be 1001% native American but on dads side I'm Cherokee, apatchee, black foot and on moms side I'm white and polish and German and French but I believe I fell closer to the native American side but love both my parents very much.!

I just love listening to their songs that tell a story of their ancestors , I have indian blood in me from my mother and her mother . Me and my siblings were never told of our ancestors , only that we were part indian . My maternal grandmother had passed before I was born , my mom spoke of her off and on , but nothing about traditions or anything like that . Indian music is beautiful , serene , and makes one fantisize what their lives were really like when they had to fight for their lands . I enjoy the flute , it has a beautful sound and reverberates through ones soul . Keep bringing our peoples stories through your music , and Thank You so much for posting .
