Everyone wants to be a competitor until they see this workout. This shows how bad do you really want it and how much you are willing to suffer to get it! Absolutely impressive work!
Hi bro, I need some advice, I am having my first trial session for crossfit tomorrow and my goal is to build athletic body, is it the right step that I am taking?
Soon you'll see how your fitness will fall off just because you can't compare or compete or push with anyone else. If that something doesn't matter to you then yes by all means is much better 😂
As someone who trains very hard and have done most of my life and having watched this, I fully appreciate the effort and there is undoubtedly great fitness and strength achieved here. But...I just don't know why the burpees, the pull up, muscle up, handstand push ups mutated into these ridiculous [and they are ridiculous] versions. I mean, sure you could take any exercise and make it easier, but then hammer it fast for a minute and it will still be hard, but for me, I would always want to perform the correct versions - which are all harder! It's got to be that people can get more reps in so it's an ego rep thing rather than anything else. For me, not as impressive swinging like crazy to get more pull ups in, than someone getting good numbers with proper form. At the end of the day, if they are happy doing that then good luck to them.
I agree 100% - proper form is backed by research and is worth having a slightly slower pace rather than the inevitable compensating with other muscle groups as seen in these examples.
She was using correct form on all of the movements. They are different movements. A Kipping pull up isn't a pull up. It's a different movement. Burpee over the bar is a different movement from a standard burpee.
@@88drose88 Yes they are definitely different movements for sure and on those specific exercises, a lot easier with that technique. The problem is that the trainer, the description and people who do crossfit generally don't refer to them as "kipping pull ups" they still refer to them as "pull ups" "Ring muscle ups", "chest to bar pull ups" which they are certainly not.. For me, they look ridiculous...handstand push ups with a huge leg jerk, burpees with knees and thighs on the floor...as I say, do enough of them fast enough and it is still very hard. The overriding question is just...WHY??? Why make an abomination of these exercises? Ego reps?
Athletic movements using the entire body instead of isolating muscle groups. Try it out and you will understand, and I must warn you that your Ego will be hurt entering a crossfit box, I recomend leaving it at home.
I’m sorry but I’m not impressed. She’ll injured herself that’s why she needs to do the exercises properly. It’s not worth it. CrossFit bodies/organisations should take this seriously.
@@rhobri3576 She is a professional athlete, a gymnast who does all that daily! I am sorry to say, she doesn't work a nine to five office job which you probably do. What you say applies to you and me, not to her. She would be happy to learn about your concern for her health. 😁😆😅
@@kumar7586 I like the way this conversation is going, civilised as difficult to find someone to have a nice chat about anything our days that’s why I’m not on any social media other than RU-vid and I only do the odd comment when I feel like it and when my iPad brings up certain things. If I go on social media I only need to get photos of myself just being in the gym doing nothing. I can guarantee you I’ll go viral. No one has ever done (living in a developed western country) what I’ve done. I’ve done it naturally. It took me 18 months and I’ve just turned 51 years old. People are knocking 20 years off my age, and in disbelief when I tell them I’m now 51. I’m constantly asked me what have I done to look the way I do. I’ve been asked to write a book, I’ve been asked if I was on social media especially instagram so I can be seen by others outside the gym. I was asked to work with other women as I’m inspiring. I’ve had my photos taken as I’m not on social media. I’ve done everything naturally. I’m masculine but feminine. I did everything on my own without any help and I stepped into the gym for first time after 25 years 2 years ago. No processed food, no refined carbs, no refined sugar, veg only above the ground, no supplements ie protein shakes or vitamins or steroids, no fried food but only steamed, grilled or in foil, specific nuts on a daily basis and the same for seeds, 20-25 herbs and spices on my chicken or steak (just started introducing red meat in my lifestyle) specific wild fish (mainly salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines and herring but difficult to find the last one) 1 avocado with olive oil and AVC per day, 1 lemon. I only use olive oil, avocado oil and hemp oil. I hardly put oil on my chicken when I cook it and if I do I only use avocado. I have 2-3 eggs on a daily basis and have 100 % dark chocolate because it makes me happy. Just started a mug of black coffee a day. I have 3 spoonfuls of kefir and Greek yogurt and no fruits the last 3 weeks meaning no fructose. Never again. I’m not in ketosis. Never drunk alcohol in my whole life. Never smoked cigarettes etc and never done any sort of drugs. Have done 49 hrs, 43 hrs, 36 hrs and 24 hrs fasting with hardly any water during the 49 hrs and 43 hrs and I spend 10 hrs at gym after working 10 hrs being on my feet all day as my job is quite mobile, sleeping between 4-5 hrs maximum per night. 29 hrs into my fasting with only 4 glasses of water and I did 6min and 09 secs plank. I’ve been called Duracell bunny, machine, powerhouse, lunatic, nutter and many more. I spend minimum of 25 hrs in the gym per week and I do almost the same exercises. I have my dinner after gym around midnight. On top of this I have a blood disorder called Trait Beta Thalassemia. I’m a carrier. Please search it. Put me on the pedestal and I’ll prove every single expert wrong other than Prof Thomas Seyfried and Dr Gary Fettke. I wake up every morning and I’m ready to conquer the world. I just wish others felt the way I feel every single day. It’s wonderful. If this girl did what I do she would have achieved a lot. She would have been stronger and faster with a technique and posture that won’t cause her an injury. 70% is food, 20% exercise, 10% stress management and genetics. Ref the last ‘genetics’ we may have the sane origin background looking at her surname.
Peace be upon you. Believe in ALLAH (GOD) and the judgement day and do good deeds. Don't show non well covered women that will be better for you in this life and the heaerafter. Ladies cover your bodies that will be better for you in this life and the heaerafter.
