RU-vid threw this video at me yesterday. I have been intensely following British jazz new wave this year. It just draw my attention that more and more young British musicians explore and expand the bounders of modern day jazz music. Alfa and Yussef are in the forefront of this occurrence. I think it's the compression messing it up, because the mic work seems very good. Perhaps the high end could have EQed up a bit, but releasing this as wav/flac files would be fantastic.

yeah this whole london/uk jazz scene thats been coming up the past few years is producing A TON of great stuff. Theres these guys, the comet is coming, shabaka hutchings and the suns of kemet..etc. and those are just a few off the top of my head theres a bunch of others
