I have a Supersprint 3" cat back race exhaust and I disagree about these systems being overly loud. My system is only a little loud at cold start and then mellows into a deep growl. Most of the time it is just a slight bit louder than stock, unless you are going slow and you then you can hear the growl. On hard accelerations it sounds like an Italian exotic but the sound is well controlled and this adds to the cars enjoyment rather than sounding harsh and dronish. Plus you can feel the cars power increase.
Hey, I have a Giulia Alfa Romeo 2017 and I really want to lower my car. I am a solo Mom here. I lost my husband and I have no idea the right parts I should get to have it done. Do you mind give me some directions please? I love your channel! Adriana
Hey thank you! No worries I’m here to help. All you need is lowering springs. There are two choices. One lowers your car 1.2” and is available to buy. shopeurocompulsion.net/products/h-r-lowering-springs-alfa-romeo-giulia-2-0l This one lowers your car 1.4” and is sold out until September madnessautoworks.com/alfa-romeo-giulia-lowering-springs-by-madness-non-quadrifoglio-models-7247 Just buy one and take it to a good local shop or the Alfa dealer (if they’re willing and okay to install it)
Hey man. So I don't own a Giulia (yet) and from the videos that I have seen, the Giulia doesn't really sound that good imo. Even with an exhaust. Can you tell me if it sounds better in person? To me it sounds like a weird 3cyl engine and not a high performance 4cyl like a gti or a focus rs for example. Very flapping sounding, if that makes sense. I really like the car, but it's kinda holding me back from pulling the trigger and buying one.
I own a 2018 Giulia Ti Sport Q2 [Performance Package], purchased new. At 280 HP, it's 2.0 I4 has 24 more than my outgoing 2006 Audi A4 Avant 3.2 V6 had. Having made more than a dozen cross-country road trips from South Florida to Central New Mexico and back in the Audi, I will say that an overly loud, droning exhaust would have been the last thing I would have wanted. Because of its MultiAir technology, the Alfa engine responds simultaneously as the driver's foot pressure on the accelerator pedal increases. It's just one part of the famous "driving experience." The vehicle moves with the driver; it doesn't follow the driver's inputs.
I suggest start with a muffler delete - it’s cheap and sounds great If you want a tiny bit louder than a muffler delete then get an axel back exhaust If you want a full exhaust system the Remus without putting the quad tips on
