Well, the video shows the speed limit in 303km/h and alfa reports 307 km/h. However, in my opinion, 1% of difference is irrelevant. If someone consider the GPS showing 297 km/h we have 3% of difference and it's an irrelevant difference yet. That's my opinion and this Giulia QV is absolutely AWESOME.
the manual has not the top speed of the automatic, even if i checked, it is 307 km/h, the manual has a lower torque limit than the auto, therefore it can't sustain the air pressure over that rpm, the limiter intervenes. It could also be your street is not a perfect plain. or the maxV would have been registered with a different tire.
We were sure someone will come and say this :-) Yes, it is not crucial, but why is Alfa saying 307 then? In principle, they could say 407. Or 507... We have been trying to find another video where QV is reaching its claimed top speed, but haven't found any. If the car was trying hard to get over 300 km/h, needed 10 kilometers etc., why not. But speed limiter 10 km/h lower? The car is absolutely stable around 300 km/h, would reach 307 km/h like nothing, has 500 rpm left to usual rev limiter... The speed limiter does not make sense and if it does from some technical point of view, then Alfa should not say 307. It is just a lie.
Well...My only explanation would be that this is the manual transmission with 2 less gear ratios than the ZF auto so maybe the 8-speed variant is able to hit the claimed top speed?
Neviem čím to nahrávate, ale kvalita zvuku, praskanie, šumenie mi pripomína doby dávno minulé. Od 54. sekundy som to musel vypnúť. Neviem kde sústavne robíte chybu, ale hocijaký smartphone by to zvládol celé lepšie, skúste na tom zapracovať.
Germans testet the 0-100 and this car did it in 3.9sec like the official number. Bmw or amg are in the real life 1-1.5 sec slower than their official numbers
Do you think we could I say the same thing for any random car not going further than ~5000rpm in last gear? At slightly less than 6500rpm, the engine starts to lose power (precisely when the ECU tells to shift up), so this could be pure aerodynamics... How much power do we need for 400kph? Isn't it around 900~1000hp? Divide this by 9, multiply by 4 and...
A co když chce obojí? ;-) Alfa říká 307, mělo by to jet 307, jinak to nemá říkat. Je jasné, že to bude trápit tak jednoho člověka z tisíce, přesto je obtížné pochopit, proč jsou si udávaná a elektronicky omezená maximálka tak vzdáleny. Pneumatiky byly v souladu s předpisem výrobce, pochopitelně.

still slower than a 3 years old M3 0-200 for the bmw= 12 sec 0-200 Alfa= 14 sec let s not talk about horsepower. maybe there is this difference because this Alfa is manual.
