Yes for MD you won’t be able to pass emissions/inspection but a lot of MD people somehow still do it. Either they know an inspector or they undo the muffler delete when it’s time to take it for emissions

This is not true. Muffler delete has nothing to do with emissions

No drone, definitely worth it, and definitely makes the car sound better. The stock exhaust unfortunately has zero sound - its always quiet unless you really press on the gas or you're in a garage even then its pretty quiet. 10/10 for the muffler delete lol

@@boys2seton805 I did not end up getting one. Too many known issues with the 2017/2018 models. The new ones were marked up way higher than they were worth.. So I decided to pass on buying one. I still love them though!

well the process is called muffler delete - every muffler shop should be able to do that. Im guessing the exact process depends on each shop. Yeah it sucks that the stock sound is tooo quiet

I paid $375 but it can range from 350-400$ depends on the shop. I went to a certified welder and someone who mainly does muffler deletes. You can negotiate the price. Also talk to the shops and make sure they will be able to undo the muffler delete when youre lease is up.

Thank you thank you, be sure to check out my other Alfa videos. Zero trouble, i had one recall that was taken care of quickly under warranty. I also purchased extended warranty just in case. But the car has been great, no issues, and runs amazing. Maintenance wise, basically everything is covered under warranty except your typical milestone services, 10k, 20k, 30k and so on. It depends on where you live for prices. In my area Alfa dealers charge a lot so i go to trust independent shops

An oil change here in northern VA is $485 at the dealer, independent shop charges 220$. An oil change in southern VA is $110. So like i said depends on your area

So it depends what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for just sound increase then a muffler delete is fine and way cheaper. There’s no performance increase with a muffler delete. If you get the remus you’ll get sound that is louder than the muffler delete and increases performance. If you want even louder than the Remus then the Madness Monza and Corsa exhausts are the loudest

Hello, thank you. No, it’s great for everyday driving. It’s not too loud and when you’re inside the car it’s not loud inside either. If you look at my other videos i have now switched out my whole exhaust system to make it louder than this

Hassan Rabbani no issues at all and it does not effect warranty. Only issue for some is that I believe in some states it may not pass inspection like in Maryland i believe. It can easily be undone if needed. Just keep the muffler in your garage or something and take it back to the shop

There’s nothing to order. Go to any local muffler shop and ask if they’ll remove the muffler for you. They’ll need to fabricate a “y” pipe and install but that’s the gist of it. Any muffler shop should be able to do it. There’s nothing to find online

BlueFuziion 2018. No issues so far but only have about 7k miles on it. I don’t drive a shit ton but i got extended warranty just in case. 6yr/85k mile warranty for 2200$ which is cheap af compared to other vehicle warranty

NMEofdaST8 well kinda. If you get the warranty directly from the dealership it will cost more but oddly enough if you go through Zeigler (google it) it’s cheaper. They sell the same warranty as the dealership

It’s been great, there was just one recall i have to go into the shop for. Other than that just regular maintenance like oil changes. I got extended warranty just in case, as i do with all my cars

Christian Rodríguez I only noticed the sound difference. Some people say better air flow which helps hp and gas mileage but i didn’t notice anything mainly because i got the muffler delete two days after purchasing the Alfa lol. There’s different opinions/statements online

Mariusz J it makes such a difference, totally worth it BUT since you have a lease you’re going to have to pay twice, one to get the delete and once to put it back to normal and since you only have a year or so idk

Sorry for the late response. First find out if you do a muffler delete in your state if it would still pass inspection (your location muffler shop should know) Find a muffler shop in your area and ask if they are experienced in doing muffler deletes. Then ask if they would be able to do it for your car.

Zero engine lights, I’ve never heard of muffler deletes causing any issues

There’s muffler delete which is at the end of the exhaust and there’s resonator delete which is in the middle of the exhaust. I only did a muffler delete

Ivis Rodriguez my bad missed your comment, but tbh I’m not sure right now because they’re so new to the states that there isn’t many options for aftermarket modifications. I’m sure someone out there could make it happen tho

No horsepower gains from this but it feels faster because it sounds better lol but there’s no actual gains. If you just want better sound then do a muffler delete but if you want to improve performance as well then get a whole exhaust system. I posted a video on the new exhaust system i got

Not a stupid question. You can do a muffler delete on a leased car as long as you return it back to stock aka back the way it was when you got it

Go to a shop that does muffler delete. That’s what it’s called muffler delete

the muffler delete makes a huge difference. Without it there was literally no exhaust sound and now people think i have a full exhaust system. Its night and day. Btw im getting ready to post another video, and ill have more exhaust clips within that. So keep an eye out

Nothing at all, go to the shop and they just cut the muffler off and they provide the pipes to connect it to your exhaust

Go to another shop that knows what they’re doing lol. Never heard of a shop saying that unless they’re scared to work on a car

Yung Six Speed Foreign On the 2019-2020 models the reliability is fantastic and competes with the Germans frankly. Been loving my base (with some upgrades) Giulia.

I have a 2018 and had zero issues so far. But i bought extended warranty just in case but so far everything looks and feels great.
