Sir why isn't there isolated danger mark in the digital list of lights.

Sir, ALFS will only contain anything on a fixed structure, unless of course its a super buoy. Basically, buoys tend to shift with current. No position fix is possible from a buoy, unless its a beacon. The isolated danger mark is a buoy, correct sir? So, ALFS will not contain anything that will be liable to err a Mariner's navigation. Also, on my personal note, if they were to bring in all buoys... Imagine the complexity! Hope you understood sir.
