A lot of people here are hating on the way Ali Vegas talks but I found his communication to be quite clear and enjoyable. It's not that he's stumbling for words- the guy obviously has a lyrical talent - it's that he has so much running through his mind and is so with the flow of dialogue / ahead of it that he can get his point across just with a gesture. He's saying a lot without having to say much, and that's exactly the right way to communicate this level of shit without raising red flags.
