A lot has happened this year already for Alia Bhatt. In fact, many have been calling 2022 the year of Alia Bhatt. Rightly so. Alia who has delivered a blockbuster performance already in Gangubai Kathiawadi, is now gearing up for her first production venture Darlings - a black comedy that has a heart of its own and is premiering on Netflix this Friday. Not just that, in the meantime, she also got married to her darling Ranbir Kapoor in a cosy intimate ceremony earlier this year and is all set to embrace motherhood very very soon. In this amazingly candid chat with Nayandeep Rakshit from Bollywood Bubble, Alia opens up on her life with Ranbir Kapoor and how he has brought a calming effect on her. Not just that, she also discusses the reason why she chose to have a rather intimate wedding with only few friends and family members in attendance and how RK also teared up seeing Alia as a bride for the first time. She discussed how she's planning to embrace motherhood and shuts down all nasty media reports claiming she is taking a break from her work to concentrate on life. Honestly she looks far more beautiful now than she did in SOTY. She actually grew in to a beautiful woman, her dimples are far more prominent and features more strong. MashaAllah. Obviously she’s radiant as she’s got married and now is expecting their first child so her personal life is filled with good stuff, happy stuff, peaceful stuff (MA MA). She’s also on top of that successful career wise this year as well & is at her peak right now (Gangubai, RRR, Darlings, Brahmastra, next year Hollywood debut Heart of Stone and big movies Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and Jee Le Zara) and her own production company now, and she’s only 29!!! ❤️

I would tell Nayandeep to ask her questions pertaining to her film that she is producing and acting instead of focusing on her personal life throughout the interview. That's exactly what she said she doesn't want to be all about. In fact no one wants to talk about personal life all the time because it is personal for a reason. She has matured beautifully as an actor and now as a producer. It is a shame that this interview didn't focus on that aspect enough

Totally agree. Especially when the interviewer is trying to portray a progressive image criticizing others for belittling women's role/life after pregnancy, while doing the same by not talking about the very thing she is there to promote - her film. She is here to market her work not her baby and husband for god's sake.

Fact :- people have already seen so many interviews of her as an actor... And there is not a big difference in being a producer... Max questions he can ask on her being a director is 5.... And he is showing what people want to see... Her personal life.... Not how she felt producing the film... He couldn't have got these many views on this video.... @@nickysingh2126 I understand that he is doing it for the views but then it totally contrasts his opening statement and everything that he markets himself to be - a more empathetic journalist. Also he said he loved her. In fact if he really did care for her more than views, he would respect the fact that she didn't want only those parts of her life highlighted as she kept saying in the interview. We all know she got married and is expecting. She declared it herself on social media. There is nothing further to know especially when this press con was specifically meant for promoting the film. I still believe he missed a very important aspect about talking about her as a new producer. Much like Anushka, her questions in the interview were mostly revolving around her wedding and the child. I guess to each their own in terms of their choice of wedding and planning kids. However, as a viewer, I was more interested in knowing about the freshness of the film and her transition. While projecting the dreaminess of her wedding, he perhaps completely ignored the way her eyes lit up when talking about this film

Guys there are other parts of the interview you haven't watched yet. Chill. He has discussed Darlings at length there. Also, Nayandeep has always tried to bring out the non-celebrity human side of Actors in general. That's his thing and that's why people watch it.

I don’t think she is a nepo star any more. She is indeed very versatile actor unlike other nepo stars like Kareena who just like putting their glamorous side to the world . What alia has done in such short span is commendable work worth applauding. She fits in the quote chota packet bada dhamaka. She has earned it all . God bless them both

Comparing from the first interview of her and this one is totally a big change she invaded in her beautifully and maturely , took a great decision of getting married and planning for baby when she is at her peak n that’s wat a definition of woman is where she desperately n happily accepts and manages personal and professional life with so much of positivity, kudos to her , when I first saw her I didn’t expected this much of positivity and maturity she’s gonna bring in herself and may be I was wrong at that tym , good to see that she is living her life with so much ease not thinking much about judgments and bla bla👍🏻👍🏻

I honestly think she got judged way too harshly at that time of her first film… she was literally a teenager at the time. And tbh she’s been proving herself since then, which you can see just in the change from SOTY to Highway. People judge her on her family too much as well, and it is truly awful. Like yes, Arjun and Sonam Kapoor deserve that criticism, Alia doesn’t.

To top in SOTY she looked a little chubby and hair cut suited her. No idea who is her stylish but she shouldn't have lost as much as she did in Bramhastra and the hair style. All anchors and reporters have a rapport with stars since they're interviewing time and again and its no biggie. Even if you don't show you're close we know you're on good terms so its a turn off to see the same ass licking everytime. He didn't do that before and interviews were fun.

Initially, u were so good as an anchor bcz u were true, honest and polite while questioning but nowadays u are just over praising every celeb who is there for interview and it is sounding like u are flattering them to the next level. I’ve never understood people who don’t date and don’t meet new people. They’re the most miserable. How can you live a life without romance and love? So what, if you have to go on dates with 20 people different people? It’s better than being single and wasting your time, giving up or not looking. Because they have a personal issue with people dating or meeting several suitors and because they can’t get a date, they don’t want others to have love in their life either. They are, therefore, responsible for the victim not having LOVE in his/her life or NOT being married. That’s disgusting. Unfortunately, such lowly hateful people exist. Never trust people who have a problem with LOVE. They embody the worst side of mankind.
