I have been a huge Alice Cooper fan since 1973, owned every album, saw him in concert in Bakersfield, California in 1980, still love his music! You Rock, Alice!
Love Alice Cooper. Still have my Killer and Billion Dollar Babies albums, i bought as a teenager. Saw him this last summer at Pine Knob (DTE music theater) in Clarkston Michigan and a cpl yrs ago at the same place. Both shows were EXCELLENT!!
I have been an Alice Cooper fan since 1974 and his art just keeps getting better!!! I can't wait to see him in person again! And again and again and again 😂
You should have mentioned the Killer album from 71. That was my first Cooper album, and it went platinum.. Great album and I've been a fan every since. I'm seeing him live this Saturday night. Amazing guy. Not many from that era can still sing and front a band.
Great Cortez HS Letter Sweater, still have my own from the same era as Vince, Dennis, Glenn and the X - Country team that created AC after the Spiders and the Centipedes.
Alice Cooper (and the band) are my favorite bands. I also love the music of the other members of the original group and all their projects. Michael Bruce Dennis Dunaway Neal Smith Glen Buxton Blue Coupe’ Killsmith The Billion Dollar Babies To name a few
Lol...thats funny. All through my middle and high school, we girls used to ask each other, concerning the make up we wore if our make up made us look like Alice Cooper. I grew up in California and it gets hot here, you make up could run and smear. It was and still is common for teenage girls to wear makeup, trying to look like fashion models..😂
Gotta love the Coop huh , i seen him in Toronto for the Billion dollar babies and Welcome to my nightmare tours. Good to see him still kickin butt after all this time.
@@ryates8618 totally agree. I had just turned 13 when I saw the BDB tour. Are you aware that there is an audio bootleg of that concert on RU-vid? Also Bob Greene mentions that night in his book Billion Dollar Baby.
@@gwchant I was not aware of the bootleg , i must try to find it. Does it have the bit where he chopped up the Santa , best xmas concert ever....lol it was two days before my b-day
@@ryates8618 Here’s the link to the video. It’s just audio so not sure about the Santa routine. That was Bob Greene dressed as Santa. Are you on FB? If so feel free to look me up. Gerry Chant in Elmvale. The sound on the video is what you would expect for something that’s 49 yrs old unfortunately. But, enjoy. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PeXpMmZKyUo.html
The computer bot announcer really needs to learn how to pronounce Alice’s real last name. I can’t stand to listen to announcers like this. Plus Alice got married in 1976 not 1975.
I'm not sure on that, but it does seem to me that it became more the "horror" specifically type show after he went solo. When it was the band it was dark and disturbing, but more gritty and dirty. After he went solo to me is when it turned more Halloween, Trick 'r Treat type deal.
