SuperPunch76 Well unfortunately, yeah. His mom is dead, and his wife died while pregnant with his child. Keanu Reeves' sister has cancer and he pours money into that too so that she can stay alive for a while longer. He still gives tons to charity too, some insane amount. Gave the special effects team for the first matrix movie motorcycles. The entire special effects team. He's had a fucked life but he's a super giving guy.

Can't believe he's over 50, what's he drinking?? Damn, I'll have whatever he's having!?!?!? I've read a few comments asking if he's a cool guy and all. He's considered one of the most down to earth celebrity/actor in the business. He travel by bus, underground train and motorcycle. He tries to avoid at all cost any flash and pizzazz most celebrities crave. He also had to deal with many personal blows and hardships through out his career, personal being the key word. Seriously, he's one of the good ones out there. Much respect to him. His life story is worth taking a look at on here (youtube), just look it up.

I met him at Vancouver International airport a few years ago, he was genuinely interested in my stupid vacation to Niagra Falls. Talked about good restaraunts in Toronto and the weather. It was like talking with any other person you'd meet in an airport. I was blown away at how unpretentious he was. All the stuff you hear about him being a regular, nice guy is 100% accurate.
