Alice Mary Smith (1839 - 1884) : Symphony Nº1 in C minor (1863) 

This is Schubert’s Symphony No. 3.5! Astonishingly well written, and, what is incomprehensible to me, how come is it 1863? This is peak 1820!

There's much to recommend this symphony. A charming slow movement followed by two very well crafted, sonorous and rousing movements. Thank you for sharing this.

Hello José This symphony is as beautiful as symphony 2. Most of all the intro (grave) is very wonderful. But the other parts are beautiful too.🎻👍
