This is a follow up response to my entry for ‪@Brent0331‬'s contest. After the fact, I decided to switch up packs. It is already one of the changes I would have made to my load out. Waiting for the results to see if I get any other ideas to change my gear up.
Also, @blackdissident6758 just posted a video showcasing his new Crossfire pack. • Crossfire Packs DG-3 ...
He asked what types of packs I preferred, so here is my response. I will also be uploading a video with my Tactical Tailor Extended Range Operator Pack.

Use the original pack lid As a storm cover when you sense down the main compartment might help keep the moisture out I don’t know.

I use the filbe pack on alice frame but I'm making shoulder pad and straps to add a touch of comfort

Hi, thanks for showing. I´m also a big fan of the ALICE pack. The shoulder harness from the FILBE USMC pack fits really good on the ALICE frame, way better than the MOLLE2 shoulder harness. Compare it, maybe it will be something for you. Best regards from Germany, Torsten

I´m pretty sure it´s Gen 1. They come with some PALS webbing at the underside as shown. Gen 2 ILBE doesn´t have that any more. Maybe that helps you out.
