Hey Leo, thank you so much. Even if you just made a brief summary of this masterpiece, there is one thing that bothers me recently: the pacing of the story. For me it is perfect. But i have recognized that a lot of younger folks find it too slow. I showed this movie to my son a few days ago and he was bored to death until the chestburster scene. He is very familiar with the MCU and until now horror movies for him were Godzilla or King Kong movies. Cinema has changed in the past 40 years. I´m really looking forward to Alien: Romulus! thx
@@vincentblackshadow6257 thank you so much i really appreciate you!! Movie definitely are completely different now. One thing I love about older movies is the focus on characters and story. Even when something feels slow it still keeps you locked in. Thank you again!
Greatest SciFi horror ever made. I've loved A L I E N ever since my late mother let me stay up to watch it on TV in the early 80s when I was just eight. I built the Nostromo out of Lego and devised my own board game based on the film. My passion for art was directly inspired by this masterpiece. The original gets under your skin in ways that the sequels never have.
@@leosnerdtalk A schoolmate who helped with the game reminded me of it recently so I bought the board game A L I E N: Fate Of The Nostromo and it was remarkably similar to mine. I too had a fear factor handicap and crew morale diminishing.
