Love this band. Unique and recognizable sound/vocals. Flavors of Weezer and Chevelle. Massively underrated. So much more going on with them aside from just Smooth Criminal.
@Captain Rupertikjakmos to be fair, grunge was stronger in the 90s, and early 2000s, so these guys didn't take off like other bands and it's sucks a lot because these guys are absolutely amazing
Involved a bad accident at the height and I think that's why they didn't do more. Bassist taking care of a very ill child as well. They got delt a poop sand
Learnt an acoustic version of this in D (usually in E) and am now putting my own lil spin on this now. Attitude is next. It's so frustrating how they are only now seemingly being recognised. They were really overlooked in the early 00's. Maybe new fans can pave the road to a comeback.
Fucking solid. Awesome band. Could have been, should have been. Sucked on the teet of smooth criminal a bit too long. Amazing live. These guys made a mockary of many bands on this era. Quirky and kool. To be honest... This song is nostalgic as winamp. Love it.
This song in particular by them gives me heavy coheed vibes and I fucking love. Such a good live performance too. Was the vocalist really performing that totally live? He never used any sort of autotune or anything? He really sounds fucking awesome in these live videos big props to that guy if he was really with the shits
They didn't sell their souls to the bs industry, they stayed true n we love em They stayed punk and different and funny They probably still live in big houses rn Or shii they should at least
I think the reason this band never got huge was that their first single was an MJ cover that the video got played nonstop along with kind of a goofy name. People just thought they were a joke band and immediately blew them off.
this band really demonstrates how twisted the idea of 'success' is in the music industry. It seems like they did everything right: talent, awesome songwriting, fun live shows... they just got in a bus accident that totally disrupted their momentum, so they lost 'marketability' and never fully bounced back. Guessing they were never in it for the business side of things anyways, just sad that this made it harder to do what is clearly their passion.
PastorMatthew I commented on someone else’s comment and they must have deleted it. I love this song and don’t know why my or your comments still remain.
