I make this one regularly in my bar, the proper way to do it is to pour the peach schnapps first, to about 2/3 full, then layer the baileys on top. Pour in a splash of blue curacao which gives the blue brainy texture and then a few drops of grenadine which settles at the bottom.

This drink isn't even designed to taste good, it's just a layered shot to wow young adults....but he doesn't even layer it...or the Captain America, yet you decided to upload it rather than do a second take.
So you can't tell the difference between how the shot is supposed to look and how one looks when the bartender uses poor technique? And note that this guy who can't mix a basic shot (let alone the classics he ruins) is charging people money to "teach" them to become bartenders....likely as piss poor as him.
