as a fan of the alien movies, id say you made quite a masterpiece of a fan project

People ask me what the most challenging part of making this film. For me it was the scene when Ross gets splashed with the acid. That 15 second scene took over a month on its own. And it took multiple render attempts to get it right. I have been using poser and 3ds max for 17 years and I picked up a few tricks along the way. So Ross had his clothing, his main body, a muscle layer, an organ layer and a skeleton bone layer. All were linked together so the animation was in sync. Each part had animated texture sequences applied including an animated opacity texture. I created the clothing, skin, muscles, organs and bone to melt away in Adobe after effects using the opacity layer to complete the effect. I then imported the scene into 3ds max with all the animated textures and then applied a fumefx smoke layer to his chest, arm bone and a little bit on his skull. Hit render (4 times) and the end result is a month of trial and error

I know this is 2 years old but I been watching a lot of alien videos and I just seen Alien Romulus last night. This is very impressive work you have done here. I love how you included the prisoner turning into an ovamorph. Something that hasn’t been seen since the deleted scene of the first movie. I really hope you continue to make these types of films. Whether it’s another Alien or a completely new project. You obviously have the ability to make amazing art. I wish you nothing but the best in your future ventures. Keep going with it!

I really liked the build-up and setting up your characters. Most horror films these days can't go ten minutes without blowing their load, if you'll forgive my crudeness. Very well done

This is an absolute masterpiece!! I can tell that you truly love the Alien franchise and wanted to do right by it even if this probably took you years to make sure all the details were right, I applaud your dedication and effort to make this fan film as close to the first movie and 2nd with the Queen molting at the end. (Nice nod, btw!) I absolutely adore this movie. You really captured the suspense and tension, and I hope that you continue to work on more projects like this in the future.

This was just too good !! I was captivated. I cherish the 2 years you spent to design this CGI movie !! It started slow but I had patience and the final 30 minutes were awesome !! My heart is pumping in terror. :) Good luck in all your future projects. PS: Not many people can say they made a movie by themselves. So, I must respect your work much more !

Great stuff! You have shown that Alien can also be a comedy. I laughed so much, especially at the characters voices, the robot and the chestburster. The storyline was very good indeed.

I just stumbled onto your channel after I was having a marathon of alien game walkthroughs watching and your channel came up and I got to say this is by far one of the greatest fan projects I've ever seen you honestly captivated like the original alien vibe and like blended it with the lore with the alien molt and such this was fantastic and great inclusion with the isolation bit that was a great touch and great use of special order oh my gosh dude this was perfect 10 out of 10 I hope you continue doing more projects like this in the future and wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors

This is a really well done fan film. It held my attention the whole time, I liked how you you tied in references from the game and movie. I can see myself watching this over many times.

That was the first time in ALIEN history that a Man was the survivor instead of the overly used female Ripley type characters which has been done to death. Awesome story!

Well done. Held my attention throughout and I'm a BIG Aliens fan. SINGLE raised eyebrow only due to being a retired trauma EMT with the poor captain taking an axe to the chest. And walking away afterwards. Ouch! Just a single nitpick out of a true masterpiece.

Hi Dave. If you feel compelled to do another one: Where is the biomass coming from for all the goo? When are the characters not going to abandon logic? Why are huge doors circumvented by 'drop ceilings'/access ladders? Why aren't doors lockable and how would Aliens know how to use them? Why would embryos know about cryo tubes? These are all faults (and many more) from everybody that has ever worked on these stories from the beginning. I absolutely love all the effort everybody has made in bringing their versions to life. Can someone, please, give us a story that does not have plot holes large enough for a studio to ram another bad prequel/sequel through? I will donate to a story that doesn't leave us saying, 'Yeah, but'. Great effort on your part.

Great little flick. The way Graves died was probably the illest way for anyone in an Alien film. I thought for sure the ax wound to the Captain's heart was gunna kill him before he made it down the corridor. Dude was leaking. The end was something I've been waiting for in an Alien film. This is a fantastic movie. I came back to this after seeing Alien Romulus, and I am mixed. Somethings good, Somethings bad. Bad things, Nostromo wreckage says Nostromo on it. Some might say Where's the problem?" but as any alien fan knows, the Nostromo never had any signage on it. Ash CGI was awful, and so was the Alien, human hybrid. Caliee Spainey doesn't have much emotion. She has to now work for another 5 years or more because the company had extended her contract and moved her to the mines. Where people are dying from breathing in shit from the mining and the other dangers of mining. Good, great visuals, Jackson's star looks real and feels like a real world, a good premise. But could have been done better. So great job on this.

According to rumours from the script writers,Neill Blomkamp movie was about the Sulaco ship drifting in space after the emergencypods were released.On the ship there were a xenomorph hidden in the lower basement of the spaceship.After fifty years they are detected by another ship bringing colonists to a new terraformed planet for humans.They send in two robots to investigate.They find traces of dna in the ships database,and clones Hicks,Ripley and Newt. But as clones they don't remember anything of the events that took place in the alien3 movie. When they arrive at the colonists destinyplanet,the xenomorph starts to lay eggs. Then all humans on the planets are attacked and a war breaks out.Ripley,Hicks and Newt manages to escape in a spaceship they find in a cave. It is a engineer spaceship that takes them to the engineers homeplanet called"Paradise".But when they have left the spaceship,a deacon crawls out and makes a cliffhanger for a followup movie 😀

Bei den Charakteren fehlen zwar die Emotionen, aber ansonsten ist es ein Meisterwerk! Grandios! Genial!

My idea for a third alien covenant/prometheus movie is as follows: The engineers are the main characters in the movie and comes to the planet that was in the Prometheus movie. There they find Weyland inside the crashed spaceship. They have a blue elixir which they empty all over him and bring him to life. But while doing this the Deacon from the Prometheus movie sneaks into their spaceship and hide it self in one of the ventilation chambers. In the next part they arrive at the planet from alien covenant and find the other robot(Walter) who is david's twin.The engineers use the blue elixir and repairs him. Once awaken the engineers and Weyland get to know all the horrible things that David has done, and weyland says "we have to stop David" . They set course for origae. When they arrive,they scans all the planet,and finds the planet is full of hostile organisms except on a high mountain where they discover that there are humans inside a cave. Inside the cave they meet a herd of children, who tell that when they had lived on the planet for over ten years, they began to be attacked by Xenomorphs and all the adults died or were turned into these creatures. There were also great giants developed by someone the children calls David. The engineers get ready to wipe out all the Xenomorphs that David has created, but the great giants manage to escape with one of the engineers' spaceships. The engineers and Weyland hunts the spaceship and manage to force the spaceship down on the planet lv426.Where it start sending a distress signal. The engineers return to Origae to find David, but discover that he has escaped. In the last part we see David arriving and meeting an unknown alien species on a tropical like planet. But when he and the unknown aliens have left the spaceship,the deacon slips out of the ship and is seen running toward the nearest settlement. And that makes the cliffhanger that ends the third movie.

VVery good cgi movie pal. You have got talent and skill. It's just well made, it evoked emotional sadness at the end as the captain is trying to escape. I didn't know what would happen, and was very sad for the captain. That's tough work making a kind of cartoon. If you get what I mean.

Very very good. There were small things I was irritated about in the beginning because my expectation was low but this is a damn good story and work. Few minor issues but I am not gonna talk about them since I love this work very much.
