Never run to the place that you will hide in. Walk or crawl the last 15 feet, because each running step leaves an invisible footprint that the alien can follow.
@@pancake1751 after putting 200hrs into alien isolation and beating the game with no problem around 10 times on nightmare, that is indeed how it works buddy.
Yup. The double desks and corner desks are awesome. San Cristobol is expertly designed. You don't have much for effective weapons yet, but there are great hiding places together with the tense atmosphere.
Idea is good but not applicable due to ailen franchise story , as following AIlen isolation end we got Amanda floating off in space and being rescued by someone and after that story ends with no nostroma
I agree, this game was fantastic, a home run. Very different from the shoot-em-up tactics of other Alien games. I wish they'd make a sequel to this game.
It wouldnt be the best method to do that in nightmare. Especially the locker part as it drains most of your health. Better to just let the alien kill you there and respawn since the respawn point is in that room
@@alifazrihadi1000 yes but the alien is blind and uses it's other senses to find you, you can disguise your pheromones by using fire, deodorants etc. people say the alien can see as they watched the second recent alien film. Which is wrong if the first film alien when they brought John hurt back to the ship the alien should have been able to see. The alien has exceptional smell and hearing that what makes it the ultimate killing animal. If the alien was real and came to earth and layed lots of eggs and had a few alien offspring and done it on the quiet and slowly took homeless people and animals they could build a army to overtake the world. Thankfully it's science fiction as I would hate a alien bursting out of my chest.
@@theploksoundtrackslaps860 Nah this is M6 I think so the behavior trees for checking lockers more I don't think is unlocked yet, so you can just hide in the locker and hold breath and you would be fine. I did it multiple times during my hard difficulty playthrough around M5 and M6. As long as the alien doesnt have line of sight of you going into locker it wont immediately kill you. At least in these early missions anyway
Bought the game in 2014, finally started playing it (Was too scared) originally. Its so much fun. First played on hard, now finishing it on nightmare.Honestly, its pretty easy.
The title of this gave me an idea.... They should do a comedy remake of this game. "Pest-o-Morph" Where you got to find it and track it... Every now n then it'll throw crap at ya and bean you upside the head... with an assortment of items; baseballs, typewriters, bars of soap, robot toys, and pies (lemon, cherry, apple, and blueberry). It won't kill you... but just try and irritate you to madness. Every now n then it'll sing songs... out of key. Irritating songs. That stream through the vents of Sevastapol... dunno... *shrugs* It's late... I'm on my meds. Saw the title... Enjoy
