Kung Fu, really! Has the author not seen bullshito videos. It's absolutely useless as a self defense strategy. If the title said MMA, I'd watch the rest. As it, not so much.
I have fought those trained in MMA, Karate (both Japanese and Okinawan), Karav Maga, & boxing. Oh yeah, and Kung fu (just means fighting in Chinese). The common denominator in those who were winners were skill, aptitude, training, and practice against live opponents. Good MMA fighters are good, and so on down the list. All systems are devastating when used by a practitioner who is devastating. MMA favours the jujitsu since its rules disallow killing the opponent. Understanding this, I watched it all, & enjoyed.😅
@@jeffhamilton4587 I've fought Kung practitioners too. They spent a lot of time being flashy and getting their arses kicked as a result. Sure it was a tournament and they weren't masters by any stretch of the imagination. Still they got their asses handed to them and easily. MMA is a combination of the most effective techniques from any style. Why wouldn't that be more effective than a a martial art based on centuries and theory and very little practical experience.
