It was a great 80 movie that didn’t age well, I mean those weapons, those outdated 80’s suits and a few marines vs a bunch of alien creatures going directly to an ambush, just a retard would do that, and they didn’t have the technology to know where they were, really 80’s stuff

@luke wilson For me the special effects in Aliens still holds it's own even by today's standards, and on many levels it's even superior. Take the special effects of like The Thing 1982, the gross effects in that movie is so insane that it still impresses me even today, If anything they should do more of this outdated special effects.

Also sad to hear of the passing of Jay Benedict who played Newt's Dad in the Director's cut. Jay died of the Coronavirus a few days ago aged just 68. RIP!

In the last scene in ‘Alien’ when she realises the creature is on board and she needs to put on her spacesuit....is probably one of the sexiest scenes of any film !!! I have always thought she was/is totally gorgeous

Janette Goldstein looks fabulous. The ageing process is sad in a way. Loved Bill Paxton. Devastated to hear he passed away. Fantastic film 🎥
