Well done! So nice to see how someone finally uses the mechanics the game provides! Almost no streamer reads what it tells you and therefore gets into deep trouble. Keep it up!
After I killed the queen i tried picking up the body and maybe i shouldn't have moved the turret yet, but it was only medium difficulty. This footage is helpful but I'd feel bad leaving the cocoon bodies to go rest lol
Its even funny that this guy is ex-colonial marine, depending on the negative traits then he's certainly a troublemaker despite this calm demeanor that us players have encountered Torrance for first time.
There are some unknown explanations throughout the entire game: Whenever you switch levels on the map, any turrets you leave behind become unusable and requires tools to be operational again. You have done nicely to deal with the first queen without exploit setting up the turret by the entrance before the engagement that would certainly help nicely, don't forget to use abilities to interrupt Alien queen's abilities because it's know to insta-kill your marines one by one by the time its done. Grenades? Yep, flametrowers? you can. Mines? That could work against charge, in theory. Never tried myself. Later on, sniper rifle as recon can help as well while dealing damage to the queen. But you definitely not want to skip out the RPG like you're taking out the boss on Resident Evil, big chunk of damage. So let's spam that. (heck, the level 10 plasma rifle ability is even better)
I think concerning the turrets, it's because when the xeno finds them they immediately attack them, so whenever a turret starts firing at one, alone without back, it's easy for a xenomorph to retaliate and break it
@@MehdiGamingHQ Yeah at least the xenos are smart enough to flank and attack from outside of radius that makes turrets helpless. Always fun to have backup turret covering the first one, whether right behind the first one or other angle covering it, but especially backing from straight line helps the first turret to survive in some if not most encounters and spare an repair tool.
